It's taken 7 days from posting the info to receiving the no2. It was a simple RFE they just needed the divorce decree from my guys first marriage. Good luck in a speedy reply wendy71, it's a real roller coaster getting a RFE , happy they have finally looked at your stuff then the worry of how much longer will this take, another wait.

Congratulations I Got mine today too been waiting since beginning of April. I'm so happy waiting for it to really sink in after waiting all this time.

Here is my case update , hope it helps someone :-).

We have a noa1 4 April , we were transferred 12 August , we only ever received a text and email , no hard copy ref transfer.

On Thursday 4 th sept we received a RFE, a long wait over the weekend a hard copy (letter) of the request for evidence arrived Monday 8 sep. The document will be in the post tomorrow !

Yeah , this is the same message I received tonight, I have no hard copies and was transferred like yourself.

My case was transferred last week from Texas, this evening we have received another text message from uscs to check case status, I did and it states that my 129F is now being processed at a uscis office, still don't know where.

Message today to say case has been transferred somewhere else .

We spoke with a employer in TSC today and were informed they are still processing cases from 13/Dec/13. So I'm kinda thinking the stats ain't even correct that they publish each month.

So we called the texas center today, spoke to a nice lady who told us they are still processing 13 dec 2013 applications. The wait for no2 seems to be getting longer , feeling frustrated. Boyfriend thinking about relocating to California and re submitting our application.

Thank you it's great to know we have done everything correct so far and we are on the correct track. We immigrated to nz , the paperwork was all submitted in the beginning, this us system is def a whole lot more complicated. Thanks for taking the time out to advise :-)

I'm having that sinking feeling that we have not applied correctly. Child was documented on 129f, we are currently waiting for NO2. I just now seen a item that says child requires a separate visa application and each applicant must pay separate k visa application fee.

Should we have initially filed extra paperwork and paid this fee on application.

Confused and worried we may need to start again in texas.
