I just got my potential interview waiver today. Guess I am in for a waiting game for another 6months

Same here. I am getting the feeling that interview will be waived. Most of the k1 cases I have seen for k1 interviews being waived if they had their EAD combo card first.

Just checking in to see if there were any NY filers who are still waiting to hear about their 485 cases. Our status online still says it's in the acceptance stage and hasn't been touched since 7/11.

I had called the customer service line about 3wks ago and was told that the possible reason why our case hadn't been touched was because they were waiting for my husband's biometrics... which he had completed since August 1st and has had he's EAD since early/ mid September.

Our case was transfered to Nebraska on 7/10. And we're just waiting...

Just curious as who else is waiting also.

same here it hasn't been touched and mine is being processed as well in Nebraska.

Yes I haven't receive any email from them I just kept on checking the status online. Haha oh I tried to call the uscis as well one of the lady said that even though that it says that they have mailed it already I still have to wait for the usps to pick it up.

Hi everyone! I want to ask to all those who received their EAD card how many days between the date USCIS said they mailed your card to the day you actually receive it in the mail? On the morning of September 10, my case status was updated online. It jumped from initial review to card producion. And it says my card was mailed Sept 9. Its been 3 days and I haven't received my card.

You have to wait until you status says that the card has been picked up by the usps and will state there the link and the tracking number as well.

My I131 was approved on Sep 5th, but the I765 still says initial review on the website. I just assume that it is also approved~

The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on September 8, 2014. The USPS tracking number assigned is ##### You can use this number at #### to view updates to the delivery status of your mail. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

FINALLY! the EAD/ AP card on it's way! so last week sept 2. it says that they have ordered the new card... a week after which is today at around 8 am it says they have mailed you the new card and then finally at around 7:30 pm. Finally this! no email no text messages received just continuously checking the website. AOS next please!

Just had the text to say that my EAD & AP are approved! YAY!

Congrats! another K1! AOS next! haha weird thing is I haven't received any notification! haha Even if I enrolled to the e-motification. weird... haha but atleast it's approved now!

Congrats! My husband's EAD/AP also changed to Card production stage today. He came here on a K-1 and had his biometrics done July 30. Hopefully it's a good sign that all July filers will be getting approved soon!

Congrats. I'm eagerly checking USCIS status check every couple of hours. Really wanna get mine too. But no change from Initial Review since my biometrics. How long from your biometrics until they start production of your card?

Yes ours is at Nebraska too! I'm so pleased that at least one K1 July filer has finally been approved for EAD/AP!

Congratulations! I thought I'd seen another July (K1) filer getting approved last week but I was mistaken as they were adjusting from an F1 visa. It looks like you're the first! YAY!
