My visa case is complete and I'm now waiting for the Visa Interview Appointment Letter/Packet 4.

But I read many forums that they booked an appointment and didn't wait for the letter 'coz the PHLPOST is very slow and some cases they didn't receive at all. Can I also book an appointment? If so, how? Online or by calling them? If Online, what website? And If calling them, What number?

My case completed last April 22, 2014. I decided to have my medical examination even if I haven't received the visa interview appointment letter. But will the SLEC allow me? If so, what documents will I bring? And how long will the medical report expires?

I got a false checklist email on the same day so my mom freak out 'coz we have to send the packet 3 again. Then she decided to call the NVC for confirmation. Then the NVC said that the case was complete. So it's a false alarm.

What I want to know is what is the next step? Why did the NVC sent me a false checklist? And some cases when their case is complete they usually receive an email for the completeness but did I not receive an email? How many days do I have to wait for the letter with interview date? I heard some will not wait for the letter and they immediately book an appointment to the NVC. Is it okay to book for an appointment? If yes how? And is it okay too to have the medical examination without the letter with interview date?

Please Answer. I will really do appreciate it.

Hi, I have the same issue. My visa type is Cr-2 and my visa case got complete on april 22. After the case complete, what is the next step? I didn't receive a letter from the nvc that the case is complete so I don't know what's next. Is it really okay to have the Medical Examination without the letter that indicates the interview date? And is it okay too for cr-2 to book an appointment on us embassy on manila?
