SO HOW MANY I864 AND I864A I HAVE TO FILE

AND WHAT TO ANSWER IN I 864 OF QUESTION 1e. WHAT ANSWER FOR ME, MY WIFE, MY CO SPONSOR AND HIS WIFE?

But she is staying with us from last 6 months without any problems but want to know if her son file i130/i485 for her then whats the procedure n what papers we needed as we don't have her marriage certificate but we do have my grandfathers decrees certification.

Nov 1 is not a deadline for applying. That is just the beginning of the 90 day window for you. I would suggest that you mail the package on Monday Oct 31st and no sooner.

Why did you leave part 4 blank? Isn't your wife the USC? Are you not filing jointly with your wife? If you are filing jointly and she is the USC, then check box 1a.

I wouldn't send your package until Nov 1st. If they get it too early, they'll send it back. No great rush for this part of the process.

You can send your package no more than 90 days before your current Green Card expires. If you send it too early and it arrives more than 90 days before, they'll send it back.

You can send it at the end of October but make sure the arrival date is after November 1st.

I Decided To Send My Package On October 27th 2016 So It Will Reach On Time.

Yes kins8487. Make sure they receive it after the window opens and not before. When you receive the extension letter after submitting your ROC, take the letter to the DMV and they will extend your drivers license for a year.

sorry but its big confusion.

Your 90 day application window will open on November 1, 2016. You can apply after that date. But sooner the better.

Your NOA letter will extend your visa for 1 year which will enable you to travel out of the country, work, get driving license etc.

OP and Kins8487, Affidavits are secondary evidence when it comes to ROC. As others have said, gather evidence of financial co-mingling. Download and get wills of medical power of attorneys if your evidence is weaker. They are available on line and provide security for you beyond ROC. Good luck.

Got passport very next day on 16th January.
