We just received our Visa/passport back today, took 10 days from the interview! We were very surprised it took that long but are very glad, we booked the flight for him to come tomorrow!!!

Our Email came today!!! Tracking on it says it will arrive tomorrow... Big relief, we will book a flight once it is in hand for Friday!

I showed no ID when mine was delivered.

Just make sure someone is in.

Did they send you a text or email? If so how long before you got it did they send something?

CEAC updated our status to ISSUED last friday and we are still waiting to hear from the Courier. I hope its soon!!!! Congrats FishandChips!!!

Looks good to me, I read it over a few times and cannot think of anything else. Just make sure your birth certificate is the certified copy (long version, with both parents names on it)

Yes phones are allowed in the embassy, but they need to be turned off when you get to a window (to pass papers in/ the interview)

It could be that or if it was the second time updated could be them sending out the interview letter!!! Good luck and let me know. Hopefully you get the letter this week!

Did you request an expedite, or is that how quickly London is processing K1 visas?

Thank you!!! We did not put a request in for expedite. I assume they gave us ours sooner because we put a soonish wedding date on our DS-160

Ahh! Okay, They sent the letter on October 1st, But my case was updated on the 3rd, I don't know why either, Well done on your approval! Saw it on the TSC March, A big congratulations from me! :D

I would say within 2 weeks from your medical, so maybe this week!!! Check the CEAC website and see when they have touch your case.

Rich, how was your interview today???? We got approved. I was up so early this morning just waiting to hear from my fiance!!! We are beyond excited and hopefully he will be flying out the 17th of October (if he gets his visa by then)!!!

I had my interview this morning I woke up at 5am because I couldn't sleep, I was that nervous. The whole process was pretty easy; a lot of waiting, but the interview itself lasted about 3 minutes only. I was like, don't you want to keep my photocopies? Don't you want to see my pictures? He said no, we have everything we need. I was surprised by that as every guide says to take photocopies of your docs. Maybe they scan them these days?? Anyway, I was a little over prepared but that's ok. I am so happy to say I have been approved!! I know this is only the start of a long journey but after more than 7 months of waiting, I am so glad this part is nearly over.

Thanks for being my buddies these last few months, you've helped me more than you know. Even though I don't post everyday, I do read this thread everyday and will continue to do so until everyone has NOA2 and beyond.

Good luck to you all, especially those still waiting for NOA2! We'll be with our loved ones soooon!

Such good news, Congrats!!!!! Our interview is Monday, even though i won't be in the interview I am still so nervous and excited, i cant imagine how my fiance feels lol!

Congrats! When did you say you needed to go to USA? Do you think they allocate interviews accordingly. Mine is the 14th October... and looks like we are ahead in the process. We are happy with the 14th though because we are waiting for some paperwork :-) I was just wondering how it works?

When he filled out the DS-160 he stated the wedding will be November 8th. We still didn't expect it to be this soon. Pretty awesome though!!

Got our interview letter today, Cannot believe its Monday the 6th!!! Crazy right? Although its so sudden, we are very excited!

Based on my timeline you could get your interview letter this week but I would contact the embassy to check on your address as you didn't get the "packet 3" letter and you might not get the interview letter. The embassy can email you the date which is what they did for me and I received the interview letter 2 days later.

ok awesome, thank you! We used the contact us last week and they basically said they had all the information from the Medical + forms to set an interview date, He did email them back to see if they had the right address, but they haven't responded. Hopefully we will get word soon!!!

Assuming you have already completed "packet 3" then expect to wait a week (ish)

Well, we never received the packet 3... But we did the forms the day our case arrived at the embassy which was the 17th. Medical was on the 22nd.

When did you guys receive your letters for your interview after the medical?

It means you need to send them Evidence as to why you wanted it expedited. Like a medical expedite would need a doctors note.

Hiya, you can find everything step by step right here, it is so simple! But like the post before mine said, have your fiance send you the G-325a form, letter of intent and a passport size photo (american). Those forms need the original signature.
