congrats !!!!did you receive an email that your case has been completed or did you call?and is your ceac site does it showed 3 N/As?because mine, I received an email that my case has been completed and I confirmed it over the phone NVC rep told me it has been completed but in my ceac site still only 2 N/As...

I have 3 N/A's. So what should be indicated when you are case complete?

Thanks Jhez,your case probably complete Try to call NVC to confirm because as many others posted if you will see 3 N/As case completed as they confirm it to the NVC rep.However in my case I received an email that my case has been completed already and I checked my ceac site there's only 2 N/As so I confirmed it through phone NVC rep. told me it has been completed on April 1,2015 but my ceac until now only 2 N/As appeared...

Guys! My scan date is February 6 and I haven't get my cc yet. I called them 3 times this week and they keep saying my case is not reviewed yet and they want me to call them next week. Also, I have only 2 n/a in ceac website. I know everyone February scan date has got their cc why not me? Is there is any reason they are taking sooo long? Or they are going to send me a checklist ?? Please please share me if you have same situation. I am of waiting and scare of getting checklist. I have no more patience to wait for another two months. Thanks!

Hi just be positive..My scan date was March 4,2015 and it has been completed April 1,2015 with no checklist it took 27 days only..So keep calling and ask why it took so long then...

But I tried to check ceac still I have 2 N/As...So I called NVC to confirmed the Rep. told me my case has been completed in April 1,2015..

Am praying hard it is not a checklist, but I see a lot of case complete with 2 N/A's, would call NVC this coming week , so that I can relax and wait for my IV once case completed. Cody Cody I hope we get our IV's by this month so that you can adjust your status. Best of luck to us all.

I called NVC and asked them about my case is completed or not ,she said " It is still in review and will be finished very soon"

I asked is it couple of weeks or one week, she said "probably within a week"

I received email from NVC today with STUPID CHECKLIST :( " Item 14- In I-864EZ form I didn't mark that I'm LPR"

But I added my A#. I didn't see this at all

Anyway, I did mark it and reprint and sign it again and shipped it too also today by FedeX. Hopefully they will review it quickly

Anyone has any idea about how long they usually take in case checklist like this ?

maybe the best thing to do is to wait because if they notice that they have many inquiries about F2A interview they might stop sending interview letters in advanced beyond the cut off date it's a good sign that some already received their IL beyond the cut off date maybe we are next in line sooner or later....Just a thought...

my husband is calling nvc every 0ther day.. the representative keep 0n telling us t0 call again next week f0r the ds-261 we have filled up is n0t yet in their system.. they said that it takes 42 days at least.. which is n0t the case with 0thers because their ds-261 was reviewed 0ver ph0ne and they were able t0 access the ds-260..
