    إخواني أخواتي :
    كلام كثير .... لكن خلاصة القول : أقول اللهم إني رضيت بما قسمت لي .
    أنا متزوج من أمريكية ، أحبها لأنها خسرة كل شيء من أجلي .... لكن كانت نحس ببعض الألم ومنذ أكثر من 6 أشهر وأنا أخدها من مستشفى لأخر ... لذي كل دلائل .. بعت كل ما أملك ... ضردت من عملي لأنني كنت أتغيب كثيرا ..... البارحة أخدتها إلي طبيب في مكناس وبعد الكشف أعطاني رسالة قال لي إذهب إلى هذا البروفسور فالرباط حالا... إكتريت سيارة وتوجهة له .. وبعد الكشف صدمني ... والله إن دموعي تنهال وأنا أخبركم إخواني .. قال لي إن زوجة مصابة بالسرطان ويجب أن تذهب إلي أمريكة مستعجلا لأن كل لأدوية التي أخدتها لم تنفع وهذا النوع من السرطان له علاج فقط في الخارج .... تخيلوا أمري لم أبكي في حياتي حتى بكي مع كل من كان هنا ....
    سؤالي هو :
    زوجتي تردني أن أذهب معها لكي أكون في رفقتها خصوصا أنها تدهورت حلتها النفسية بعد سماع الخبر .. فهل من الممكن حصول ذلك ؟ لذينا كل التقارير الطبية ؟ وكذاإنها ليس لذيها أحد في أمريكا؟

    My brothers, sisters:

    A lot of talk .... But the bottom line : I say God, I divided the chosen including me .

    I am married to an American , I love her because she lost everything for me .... but they feel some pain for more than 6 months and I taked her from a hospital to another ... each one who signs .. I sold everything I had ... they kik me out of my work because I miss you so much ..... yesterday i taked to a doctor inother city , after the disclosure gave me a message said to me, Go to this Professorin capital ... and after the disclosure shocked me ... and that God showered my tears and I tell you my brothers .. he told me that the wife had cancer and you must go to Omrakh hurry because all the medicine that she taked did not work and this type of cancer has a cure only abroad .... Imagine my order did not cry in my life, even with all of Bucky was here ....

    My question is :

    I am receiving my wife to go with them, so I'm in be with her especially as it deteriorated mental disbanded after hearing the news .. Is it possible to get it? Vena to all the medical reports ?

    i told all of you that we pay lawyer from 12 dec 2013 , after this no news ,.....

    but today i wake up i go work i open my laptap i find him sended me email .... wowow i open it i find receipt from immigration with cass number

    quick i open uscis website to look what st up my cass i find it in there

    So it seems that you filed on 12/12/2013 for I-130. It is only 4 months from the date of filing so I don't think you will receive approval notice anytime soon.

    What kind of payment did you pay to USCIS ( check or money order). If it was a check, then can you go to your online banking to see whether USCIS cashed your check yet?.

    The receipt is I-797C which tells you that they have received your petition and the receipt number should be on that I-797C. People usually receive this form really quick between 1 week to 4 weeks. You can use this number to check your status online through USCIS system.

    You need to ask the lawyer about your receipt number on I-797C. PERIOD.

    I am going to speculate a little bit about this. It is either the lawyer was just lazy to answer your email or the lawyer is a scammer based on your title " Same answer every time".

    Listen - you must explain first before we can listen. We cannot hear if you do not say what is going on.

    Now that you gave us a few details, we can help.

    Your wife filed something for you - you still have not specified. You say "same paper" which she signed.

    We have no idea what your wife applied for or signed.

    If your wife filed an I-130, then you are waiting for the NOA1 which is the US government acknowledging receipt of the petition.

    There is still other paperwork after this.

    Since you only started a few weeks ago, it will be 6-18 months before your interview.

    me i marry my wife she come here to morocco , and she still with me , last Dec 2012 we got lawyer and we sended him money and photos and her resdance from morocco that she living with me and passport pics for me and her , after 1 month he sended us same papers he asked my wife to sing and date it . last week i sended him email asked him about how it our cass he told me that ; (We should be getting the receipt for the immigration case in about 3 weeks)

    that why im asking here because lawyer dont like to be bother and here pples are nice
