    Thanks Solenta,
I just couldn't believe my ears when they told me that. No one was ever able to provide us a copy of this RfE letter, because the letter doesn't' even exist, so they tried to cover their mess with something else. Now I have another biometrics appointment next Tuesday, and our lawyer is stopping by the Chicago office for an infopass to put some pressure too. I will definitely keep our senator updated on the case.
    Final stretch everyone, good luck!

You're entitled to your opinion, no matter how narrow it is.
    Good luck with your case.

Illigal or not, we er are all immigrants and we are all trying to solve our situations, no matter what. It doesnt help anyone to turn over each other. The problem is with the system not the people who are trying to make this country their home. "illegal" immigrants have gone to a great deal of frustration as well. The majority of the people here in this country getting a break now, have been brought here as a child with now saying or will, they have been raise as american as anyone born here. They are merely getting a work permit for 2 years, while we are getting the opportunity to live permanently, and eventually a path to citizenship. Although our cases are taking longer, they still lead to much more security then our fellow immigrants without a status. I have friends in that situation and it hasn't been as easy to them as some people has been saying around here. Again, I say, the problem is with the bureaucracy of the process, and turning against each other makes things harder for everyone.
    Just my 2 cents.

Also, we have lives to live, letting USICS get under our nerves and make us depressed only make things worse for us. Be relentless, and keep calling, but remember that life is too short to let red tapes take over our lives.

What they are doing to us is not fair, and not right. We've held our side of bargain and USICS dropped the ball. It wasn't our fault. It is our family's right to immigrate us, and they can't deny us that. Even if USCIS lies for months to buy time.
I feel confort on knowing that eventually they will not be able to put us off, and will have to give us an answer. I can't even start to understand what it is to stay away from your family/ spouse for that long, since I'm adjusting my status from the US. But I have been trying to do thing the right way for 12 years now, with different methods. and I feel I'm being punished for that.
Stay strong everyone, there are lots of us on the same boat, and we need each other's support, even if it's online and we never met. Let's keep each other updated, and remind each other that one day we will have the honeymoon of a life time.
