They accepted your DS260, therefore you got the response about the checklist for the AOS package that they're "still waiting" on. I assume you already sent it, and that's waiting for review. Call them and see if they have reviewed your IV package, and if it was accepted.

I just got off the phone with them but did not get the rep name, she was really rude. Anyway told me to wait until the last package i sent with revision to be reviewed and she cannot tell me anything about the IV package.

She mentioned marriage certificate but i have include my marriage certificate in the IV docs.

Also after i posted earlier i did receive an official email with checklist but none was mentioned.

This is what it said:

I have called NVC this morning and they told that they do have 2 packets in review for me. The first one is my supporting doc for the IV application scanned on may 30 and the second the response to the AOS checklist scanned june 26th. He told me that a checklist is coming my way for a marriages certificate but he insisted that it does not mean that the marriage certificate is not in the IV scanned on the 30th. How that can be generated if they did not review the packet scanned on the 30th. I just want to be proactive because i send the certified copy of the marriage certification and the translation.

Can you please guide me if possible.

A quick observation

I have been reading on the furum that when the AOS and IV fees changes from PAID to N/A, CC is mostly around the counter.

I have also the N/A under document missing the underline but in my case The IV doc N/A still have it. I have gotten an AOS checklist and sent it to NVC.

I making the assumption maybe that they accepted my AOS and the IV still undr review since it was scanned on 5/27.

Can someone corraborate? i maybe wrong also.

you can send it with the same bar coded cover sheet. I got a checklist for both and they are both same. ATT: DR

I just got a check list for my AOS that was scanned on 5/16. Just the part 13.a.1. For caution do I need to send all docs or just the revise I864?

Also I would like to add another doc on my IV packet that was already sent. I'm sure I will get a checklist for that one, is it to go ahead and sent it before they review the initial packet?

If so on the cover sheet the place it says ATTN:

Just got off the phone with NVC, the lady Nikki is so not professional. I asked her about the status of my case and all she said " we received on such day and it 30days to review" the usual line. I then pressed to know which paackage they have, she refused to let me know. I already know which packages i sent and date received. My AOS was May 15 and IV on May 27.

It just amaze me how one operator tell you some and another will totally be inconsistant. SMH

I have paid my AOS invoice since 5/7 but i'm still not being invoived the IV fee yet. Is it normal for all the time it is taking between the 2 invoices?

There are some incompetents people at NVC.

So today was exactly a month that NVC received my file, I called this morning and received the case number but not the IIN. I decided to call again this afternoon and talk to a rep, after asking the name and DOB of my wife he told me that the name does not much their record and that I need to send an email with passport attach for correction.

Right after I hanged up, I called again and same thing happen, the rep gave literally see it was an error while THEY MANUALLY enter information in the system and someone had messed up.

I'm truly angry at them but went ahead and send the email with supporting docs so they can correct.

God only knows when they will even open my email and make the correction.

Did this happen to anyone?

Hi guys

I received an ARN notice on 2/28/14 and was changed again today. They transferred me at CSC and I am a naturalized citizen.

I'm so confused because my PD is 9/6/14 and still nothing and furthermore was transferred since 2/25/14.

Nothing yet

Very disappointed the way CSC is conducting business, 23 days since transferred still nothing.

It is just not fair but what can I do?

My PD is 9/6 and got transferred to CSC on 2/25.

Initially i said I got transferred but now it said ARN changed.

I have been following the spreadsheet and does look like CSC stoped issuing NOA after right at the 2/24 transfer, I might be wrong, any thought?
