Raised a Service Request online: 03/11/2014
Approval Email/Text: 03/12/2014.
I called them once 2 weeks ago, and once last week. They kept telling me they are treating petitions received on July 2nd. But I saw many people submitted after me has been approved. So I raised a service request online yesterday. And today morning, the approval email/text came this morning. At about 5pm, got another email saying;
On 03/11/2014 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:
Caller indicated they are: -- Applicant or Petitioner
