EAD received last saturday
i applied for my social security number yesterday and now waiting to get my social security card and any notice concerning the AOS ..trying to make a resume and find a job as well with changing my credits etc -
working on filling the AOS and EAD and trying to get all papers and money ready .. wishing everything will be just alright ..my husband and i are just wondering whether to continue using the lawyer or not

Hey may i ask which papers did you need to get married in the USA (like birth certificate original or translated etc or other papers ) ?

Do you mean what papers did I need to obtain a marriage certificate? It differs from state to state. In the state of PA I needed birth certificate (translated) and passport/visa. I brought my social security card and drivers license. I didn't fill out any paper work. They filled everything out when I got to City Hall.

Did a Ben send you that information? First of all you need a copy of the letter with your interview date on it for your medical examination....I'm pretty sure. So what I would do FIRST is call the doctor and ask them what you need to bring with you to your medical examination, you can also ask them how much it will cost. If the doctor says that you need the letter with your interview date on it then e-mail this Ben guy back and yell at him. lol He does not know what he is talking about......

1—797, Notice of Action is the approval we got on the petition we filed for I-129f. So yes we filed the I-129f. As for these forms they were sent to me in December 2013 in a reply from the consular . I'll send you the whole email once i get the samples of packet 3 and 4 from you

We know that about two months ago our file was sent from the NVC to the American embassy in Tunis .I completed the DS-160 online and paid for it . we havent got any notice about them receiving our file and i don't know when am i going to sit for the interview .It's getting so stressing and i don't know what to do .I sent them an email but i only got an auto reply that doesnt show any new information .cray5ol.gif Does anyone know anything about this ? what am i supposed to do ? s...
