Thanks so much for all the help for the past few months! We finally got our Visa today!

I have some question regarding EAD. Scenario is as follows:

My current company is willing to transfer my job over to US however, I know we do not necessarily get our EAD at our POE. EAD usually arrive on the average of 90 days after application along with the AOS after marriage.

Does it mean that I cannot work at all even though I do have a job waiting for me??? Anyone has the similar experiences and what are the options here??

This is what we had done for the Bank Statement for I-134.

My fiancee had went down to the Bank of America and indicate that he need bank statement for immigration sponsorship. They charge USD10 for that and the signed bank statement letter actually arrive in 5-7 days.

The bank statement content is briefly as below:

RE:

Name of Fiancee

Address

Dear Sir or Madam for sponsorship of Beneficiary's Name:

Our account indicates that the above referenced customer maintained the following account with Bank of America:

Type of account Account Nbr Current Balance Average Balance Date Opened

.............................

Signed

Mh...I wasnt able to work for 90 days once I got here...it depends on you POE, some POEs like JFK issue the EAD stamp, others dont...

Read this memo http://www.kamya.com/ssn/em00154.pdf that clearly states that K-1 is authorized to work based on the I-94.

Not too sure if it is still valid.

Maybe we can get some confirmation from those that had went through this !

When my USC fiance fill up the I 134, how does he fill up the last portion of the form of OAth or Affirmation of Sponsor?

Where can he get the necessary authorization before a 'notary public or officers' to administer the oaths?

We are confused here! Any help will be appreciated!
