my document will receive on Monday, so I call them to ask the scan day or wait for them sent me the email

So correct, if not for the threads created, I wouldn't know NVC has started to complete cases less than 60 days, am guessing the are combating last year's backlog, the case complete dates are gradually reducing. With a March 9th scan date, am convinced without checklists we should be out of NVC by next month.

the scan day is the day nvc recreived document or the day nvc sent the email that nvc receive that document

Yah, I think if you sent the documents 2 days ago at least it's on the half way already. Unfortunately tomorrow is Saturday the USPS won't update your status until Monday. So, wait until Mon and check again. I think your status will update soon. Good luck.

Hey don´t worry Mi wife also sent them by USPS, however, shw lives in NYC, It´s big distance between LA to NYC and arrive to NVC office.

I check again but no update yet, so worry

Call to company, they must give you more information about it. they update all tracking number once local agent recepit and send to address.

Yes, Yesterday She sent them to NVC, it will take 3 days from NY to Portsmouth, NH 03801-2915. from Nicaragua to NYC it taked 2 days, the distance is different.

I think my wife document will come next week, collect everything send to nvc, then 60 business days to review hope it CC no checklist, have interview as soon as possible.It is a long wait

I just called nvc For my cousin got interview date on April 21. Nvc state they are finished scheduling for interview and everyone should get interview letter within next week ..fyi hold times is an hour ...

I suggest you wait till the VB comes out, if it advances close to your priority date, then you can say your case is close to being current. Call NVC am sure they have answers to your questions. Some people have been given access, some have not, i think your stage is to review documents. I do not know if they would notify you when they start. Since you have already paid fees. Give it sometime, relax a little bit. Soonest you would hear from NVC. They are processing cases not yet current. That is good news. Hang in there. Good luck. Remember some Vermont fliers have not gotten their approvals. I am hoping as well they start processing their cases soon. It would also point out how fast the bulletin would advance.

The message you posted looks like part of the message i got from NVC when my case arrived NVC after few days, did you get a case complete? The documents you submitted to NVC last year is it still valid? I would advice you to keep calling NVC, sometimes you get an agent that wants to help, most times you do not. Try to explain that you have started processing last year, and have paid fees. Ask the status of your visa petition. Send an e-mail to NVC as well. I hope you get the answers you need soonest.

hi my case not CC yet,my document still valid, i sent email over 2 month already to ask case cc but they not answer me yet. When i call nvc they told me wait until visa available to review the cAse,what i can do??

Dont worry! they are reviewing your case now and will send you email to inform your interview day as soon as your PD is current. Unless you hear anything from NVC when your PD is current then call them. Dont call them now, too early OK!
