Hi everyone my name is francina, i met my husband online in 2011. we conversed for 3mos and on my vacation i went to see him in Santiago D.R. first impression was awesome.Great and best vacation. returned back to the US and continued to be online. I went again and this time we discovered we did not want to be without the other.I went again twice in 2012. After that i started the proceedings as K-1 and in October it was denied for an issue of the color of my toothbrush red or orange. An a question he did not know. Have i had any surgeries.Really! the questions were something i had not experienced being asked. So life went on and i had to be aggressive with researching the laws, and immigration knowledge. I had to also have him get knowledge of what is expected and to seek counseling, which helped and going to the library where he lives. So decided to get married in 2013 and in March 2014 i filed the I-130, Bio with the lawyer that i have had from day one, so he filed all documents that is needed. I am in processing of obtaining a new passport with my married name. My marriage license is translated to make that happen. So now we wait! Inspite of everything i lost my Good Job, but i have obtain another Good Job. to stay within the 125% above range for support status. With the filing in March 2014 what is the time limit for notification or receite ??? thanks
There's case number also from USCIS. If you received a NOA (notice of action), the receipt number is called case number. When it gets approved, they'll send it to NVC for visa processing and they'll give you another case number.
