my status went from card production back to decision what does this mean??!?!?!?!

My case also went from Card Production to Decision today. Any update on yours?

I thought this day would never come. My husband just checked the status and told me that our card was in production. I check several times everyday and my husband is the one to give me the news .. Anyway I want to thank you for your support. Hope I receive my card soon. I feel like all my worries have ended,

For those of you who may face the same problem as me. We also contacted the congressmen to inquire about our case. The congressman on wednesday told us that he has launched a status check and would update us. Also we had an info pass on tuesday. It could be both the officer and the congressmen but finally after 2-3 days our status has changed to "In Production"

When we specifically asked if they had received the I693, the officer helping us hesitated like she had no idea. She instead told us that they must have gotten it because the director told her that he will approve the case I feel like the infopass is just a sham by USCIS. They do not even make a obvious effort to help the case move forward or provide the right information. At this point I have lost all hope

well, if you've supplied the paperwork that they asked for, go and get an infopass. Speak to an immigration rep and ask what the status of things are. Bring a copy of the i693 you submitted.

Had out Info pass session today. The officer who helped us just put a stamp on the NOID copy we had taken and told us we will get it in 30days. I feel like this is a standard response they give. Which was the exact same thing they told us 30days before. The officer said the Director has to stamp the case to approve it and he was in an interview and Director told her that he would approve it. Some how this does not make me very happy cause I feel like they will forget our case and we will return for another info pass session in 30days

thanks for your support. It makes me feel better in a way. Took an infopass for tuesday. Will let you know how it goes. I just have a feeling they have just not processed my mail at all. I dont know what their protocol is to attend to NOID and RFEs

Sorry you seem to be waiting a long time. Have you received an interview waiver yet? It looks like your field office in Denver is behind a bit. Patience grasshopper.

We had our interview on 27th jan and received NOID 2 weeks after because the civil surgeon forgot to fill out the i693 properly. Its been 1 month since we sent the correctly filled out i693

I'm adjusting from H1B. The NOID stated the full details of what I693 requires. And although the fault was with the surgeon who did not fill out the information properly. The burden was upon us to submit the information correctly within the 30days or our application will be denied.

I'm still waiting. What is causing your delay?

Unfortunately in our case, even though I asked the Officer if I should submit the form again. She said No.. She said she will just give a call to the surgeon and clear it out. So we did not really worry. She wanted us to drop off my transcripts the same day, she gave me a chit to do that. So we assumed everything was fine.

But getting NOID after two weeks was shocking to both of us. we sent the sealed form immediately from the doctor. But our case is not moving fwd at all.

My greatest fear is that they will deny out application because of the mistake on civil surgeon

we had out interview Jan 27th at san jose california local office. In which the officer mentioned that the I693 was not completely filled out by the civil surgeon. We asked her if we should submit the document again. She said no to that but she will give a call to the doctor to check about the results. After 2 weeks from this we received an NOID ( Notice of Intent to deny) unless we submit the correctly filled out i693 again.

As anyone received NOID before? How long does it take to process it. I would like to hear from you folks your advice. I'm not sure what I can do at this stage. I have sent the correct one 30 days ago and have not heard from USCIS. The online status is still under Interview :(

Yeah, the RFE came from my local office. I was adjusting from a K1 and didn't get an interview though. Good luck, I hope you'll get yours soon.

Oh my! Will they review the whole case or just the document for which they sent the NOID. We were told the NOID is because the doctor failed to fill out all the test results in Medical record. and we sent the document all sealed up again from the doctor. Will they review the whole case again? and conduct another interview?

No you do not need I693 by yourself. Civil surgeon will give you a filled one which is sealed and an unsealed copy for your records. I highly recommend you check your copy to see if all the fields are clearly filled out.

My GC was approved ~3 weeks after sending the response to the RFE

My application is being processed at San jose California field office. My interview was on 27th Jan, we got an Notice of intent to deny 2weeks after becuase the medical document was left incomplete from the doctor. We sent back the correct one 1 month ago and no change is status yet.

I'm in kind of a horrible state of mind right now. We had out Interview on Jan 27th 2014. The officer mentioned that civil surgeon had forgotten to mark some of the test results on the first page. I immediately asked her if I should submit the form again from the Civil Sugeon and she said she will call the doctor and clarify.

2 week after this we receive and (Notice of Intent to Deny ) that out application will be denied if we do not submit the medical records all filled out correctly within 30 days. And we sent them from the Doctor or sealed up on the same day. Its been 4 weeks since we did that and we have not got any updated information

In my case the Doctor simple forgot to put the test results in. She told me some how it automatically got deleted.

We got an intent of notice to deny and replied to that 4 weeks ago. I don't see any progress after that. Is it common for them to take so long to process?

We had exact same issue. We were asked in the interview why the civil surgon did not fill out some of the lab results. The worst part it the officer said she will call the doc but after 2 weeks we got a Notice of intent to deny unless we submit completed medical document. ((
