My husband(petitioner) just called nvc they said they scheduled my interview date on Dec 30. My interview date is Feb 9.

For those of you who got a case complete on a Saturday, when exactly did you receive the case complete email?

I got a case complete on last Friday(actually Thursday US time) but yet still no case complete email from NVC. Also was wondering when I expect to get it.

I just checked my case status and found out that I got 3 N/As!!!

My scan date is Oct 29, no check list. Hope im done with NVC.

I am still oct 28 waiting... Anyone else in the oct 20's waiting?

New Month, New Week. I know what everyone who´s waiting for a CC or interview date is going through, we all are. I just wanted to take a minute to encourage everyone, continue to pray and trust in God. He has already determined a perfect time, so if it is not what you initially planned, be grateful and appreciative as he has determined a better time for you. He knows everything, I have been so bummed because I had planned for a year to be in Boston by mid December...I mean it still can happen and I believe it will. But I went out for a walk the other day and just started thanking God. I am grateful for my family, and for being healthy and thats the most important. God is in control of everything else, so dont get discouraged if the dates dont match your plans. I know a lot of you have family and kids waiting for you and separation must be awful but again, be grateful and thank God because his will is perfect, not ours. He has a perfect time.

Hi... my 1130 package was approved on Aug 22, 2014 and I received a letter stating this and that my case was being sent to the NVC. However, on Sept 9 I received an email stating my case was approved and being sent to NVC. It's been 5 weeks and when I called NVC today, they said they do not have my package and that I have to send an email to NVC research so they can look into the matter. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, my petition was approved on 22/08/2014, shipped to NVC Sep 2. My husband(petitioner) has been trying to call them many times but the line is always busy. He just emailed NVC today and we are awaiting for a response.

After long 5 month I got approved today 22, August. Nebraska is alive! I know how painful to wait in the dark everyone. I hope you all have approvals soon!

So...NSC is working on March filers now? My PD is 21, March and hope all of us get approval real soon!

Seems like only early March filers have transferred to the other SC from NSC but I must say its better than nothing. Hoping to see some changes on all of us.

Any March 2014 filers got transferred out Nebraska to another SC?

Even the beginning of Dec filers are waiting for their approvals so that i assume Sep. Will be the time for us March filers IF we are lucky.

Im wondering if the tornado hit in Nebraska a couple weeks ago effects the delay or not (im at NSC)

So, surprisingly I received an email from USCIS Today. However I am very confused and will call my attorney tomorrow. Apparently they changed my address when we never requested it. Good thing is theyre working on it. Hopefully its a system glitch.

From what I have read your case might get approved shortly since you filed abroad. At least Ive seen that happened couple weeks ago not quite sure if they are still doing that but fingers crossed!

I am hoping to be one of the blessed ones, if it was any place other than Africa I might be more hopeful. You said you were at NSC are they moving slow? I thought TSC were notorious for being the slowest?

The approved Feb. Filer i saw was from Morocco. NSC has been working ridiculously slow lately. I think they are one of the slowest one at the moment. Ive seen many of late Dec and Jan filers(even Feb) have gotten approved at TSC last couple of days. Your day might be around the corner I cross my fingers for you!

I saw a february filer at TSC got approved lately so you might be the lucky one. But they approve petitions randomly many of December and January filers are still waiting for their approvals. Im not trying to be so excited because im at NSC unfortunately :'(

It hurts especially when my 3 children ask me how much longer it will take for them to re-unite their dad coz I dont have the answer. But I know our time will definitely come someday, hopefully within this year.

In general, 23 boroughs(areas with "-ku") are treated as "inside Tokyo," and the other local authorities are distinguished as "suburban Tokyo"(areas without "-ku").

I live in suburban Tokyo and almost every areas in "suburban Tokyo" do have "-shi" but I didn't put "-shi" on my I-130 form. Tokyo has "-to" instead of "-ken" like Gunma and other prefectures has but I didn't put it either.

I was born in outside of Tokyo and the address has -ken, -gun(its just about the same as "shi"), -machi but I didn't put any of them on my petition. I really don't think those would be a problem so that it is up to you to use them or not :-)

Im also new on this process just like you and hope some other experienced people would be able to help you out too.
