Also, case updated date change to February 22, 2020 and on ustravel status change to, there is no any update status available for passport number submitted.

This sounds like normal administrative processing.  Visas are not officially approved until the CEAC status changes to "Issued"....You just have to wait....

Hi Friends. 

I want to know why my mother did not get back her passport with visa yet? Is there something wrong? My mother interview was on Feb 07,2020. She got approved for immigrate visa. Form then, we are wating for her passport. I called to USA embassy in india yesterday. They gave me same answer as it shows on my mom visa status on ustraveldoc.com that your passport is still in embassy, and need to wait 10 days to call them. On ceac state : status is like that your case is ready for interview. Do not know why it's because interview is already done. But case updated is Feb 13, 2020. I am  worried about because everyone like whose interviews were on Feb 13,2020 there passport already delivered but mine is not yet. What you think Friends?

Did you send affidavits too?. I read same problem here on visajourney with other one and then they were good with sending two affidavits.

They need the certificate of non-availability + any other documents available. The high school certificate is one item, but if you can obtain multiple, that is preferable. But get that non-availability certificate.

The RFE is usually generic in that it states what is required regardless of what was already submitted.

Got an email from Nvc on October 18 that all my documents they got which they need to petition for my mother and they will tell me after schedule interview with consular. Still waiting.

I know previously in case of expedite you have to schedule the interview date by yourself but now in email it says the embassy will contact you....

Any thoughts on this?

Hello friends. I got a message from nvc that my all documents petition for my mother is accepted but my birth certificate is rejected because a part of this documents is missing in a scan. So I need to submit it. My question is, Is this take  another month for nvc to review this document?
