claudi1176 got a reaction from Miyou40 in What does IN TRANSIT TO CONSULAR SECTION at NVC mean??
So, now after two days ago when the NVC sais they hadn't received our case yet, they have indeed received it. This morning when I checked it said AT NVC, now I just checked and it said IN TRANSIT TO THE CONSULAR SECTION.
Is this a section at the NVC or does that mean it has already been sent to the consular in my home country?
THANK YOU ALL AND GOOD LUCK!

It'll be fine. And also, I don't think they stamp your passport when you leave. I have been in the US 6 years on a work visa and they only stamped when I enetered. I just was over there on a tourist visa and returned 6 weeks ago and they didn't stamp it. GOOD LUCK!!!
