DHS updated to card in production on May 12 while USCIS still states case recieved on Feb 26th. 

 

Do anyone has similar situation? I don't know which of the website to believe because the DHS site went to card production but no message that state that my case was approved. 

I have only been checking the USCIS site. Where exactly are you checking the DHS site for case status because when I go there it is a hyperlink to the USCIS site.

Just checked our status online and it is the same that has been stated here. Check has already been cashed so obviously no waiver here. Perhaps it has something to do with the upcoming fee changes.

We sent I-751 on 11/28. Received NOA 1 on 12/2. Biometrics appt. is on 12/20.

From my understanding of your situation and the I-751 you would give them every address that you have lived at since you entered in the US as LPR. We have lived at 4 different addresses since my wife entered. I answered yes to question 22 and on the last page I have three entries with each address and the dates that we lived there. As for the check we made out two separate check.

I just returned from Italy and attended my wives interview. I was told not to talk but was able to stand with her for moral support. I think it depends on consolute but i would think the UK would let you attend.

I have been away from here for awhile. Had a trip to Italy for wedding, honeymoon and interview. Have been very busy but everything has went flawlessly and my wife has visa in hand. She will arrive next Wednesday POE Atlanta. Any knowledge or info on Atlanta would be appreciated.

Ours was sent from Naples to Rome and arrived the day after interview. Sealed packet and passport was sent in one envelope together.

Yes. Once it was shipped it changed to consulate. It all happened at about the same time.

Does the status change on ceac back to paid once the file is shipped or received by the local embassy??

Ours did when it shipped from NVC. Not sure if it was exactly when it shipped, but the status changed to in transit, so it was not when it was received at consulate.

I am so relieved now. Got interview date moved up to Dec. 2nd from Dec. 24th.

Most anticipated Christmas Eve ever. Cant wait for our interview December 24th!!!!

Called and got date of Dec. 24th for the interview. I will be trying for an earlier one for sure. None the less, totally stoked at whichever date it takes place.

We received the case complete email this morning. Just patiently waiting for interview date.

The NVC contacted us to say that the income we indicated in box 19 of the I-864 did not match the Adjusted Gross Income on line 22 of the 1040, so to send the I-864 again. I tried to point out that since they have the 1040s for the last three years, they know the Adjusted Gross Income and don't technically need a new form, and also that the reason why it does not match is because we were living abroad, so the petitioner earned an income that is NOT reflect in the Adjusted Gross Income on line 22 (and the latter being very low, would disqualify us, even though the total income earned is more than enough - which we had explained in a letter we attached when we sent the AOS documents).

Does that mean that we are back at the bottom of the queue and we have to wait 60 days again for the NVC to take another look at our application, and possibly come back with another request?

Just an observation. Did they really mean adjusted gross income? If you filed 1040 it should be total income.

I noticed on most recent cc if not all is that nvc is still processing 60days but it seems that checklists still get cc 60days from initial sending if docs/packet. Like ahiday, initial scan was 8/11, checklist sometime in sept and got the case complete now.

What have you noticed guys on others with checklist?

Our IV was scanned in 37 days ago and received case complete today. No checklists. There are a couple that I have seen done sooner with no checklists also. I am thinking that within a couple of weeks a lot of this will be cleared up. It seems with the fee change and process change things are getting done somehow. I doubt anyone as a clear answer.

I have to thank everyone on here. I can't tell you how much I studied this website. From the processing times to the wiki guides to certain very informative posts at just the right time I am sure I would not have had an easy go of it without everyones input. Though we are all here helping one another, in the end each case is unique and will get processed in it's own time.

To all that arrived at NVC before us we owe a great deal of gratitude. Those that are still struggling here it is not lost on me how this system has failed. At least the people have a place to come and vent or discuss tactics on how to get through somewhat sane on the other side. I wish the best of luck to all of you.
