For San Francicso, someone from the November 2016 thread got an interview letter in the last couple of days. Same field office hasn't sent a letter to an applicant from October 2016. SF Field Office is also only open until 3PM, and I just can't imagine them working extra hours to cut the backlog.
I'm looking at June now, but I know that won't stop me from checking my status, in case USCIS tried to exceed my expectations.
If you're referring to the SF filer in the October 2016 thread, she updated in late March that her interview was scheduled (but had not received the letter yet). I still hope that things are proceeding roughly according to priority dates (with the exception of early IOE and recent online filers).
