Iam really sorry fr wht you r going through, but i feel like you shud've said something to IO when you find out he lied to you abt him coming to US on a fake passport? It seems like he used you to do business here.Was it AOS or ROC? you can stil contact with FDN and also report it to USCIS

n his Visa cat is CR-1, i think he got 2kids during his AP travel but still waiting for his AP to be finished until nw, so jst sit tight nd stay strong. Ap is like a deep blue sea

He has been in prison for 13 years, which I have found out after doing some research. He also confess to me that he has killed his sisters husband and made it look like he committed suicide. He also stated that he killed more people.

Tell her to move to a different state/City.Even if she has money to give to police stll nothing will happen cuz that guy can give more money to police to turn them over on her. So its useless to spend money on corrupt police there, send her some money so that she can move to a differnet state/City. Moving to a different country wud be more expensive.

I believe US embassy is working hard day night to bring their loved ones to states but when it comes to background checks for every individual thn they really cant compromise anything they jst dont want let the wrong ppl in. A and F, I wanted to visit my fiance in Pakistan but she too told me it would be seriously dangerous. I'm not sure if I really believed her because I thought she was just extra concerned for me because she loves me. But now I hear you say the same thing! Is it really dangerous for Americans to come there? What might happen to us? She told me if I come I cannot go outside unless some of her male friends always accompany me.

I do have a question. You say you're filing on your own. Do you mean you are the only one gathering evidence? Did he sign the I-751 form? OR do you mean you are filling based on a divorce but the divorce paperwork is not final?
