My husband petitioned me and my daughter. (CR-1/CR-2) We got denied Feb042014 because my child has a possible claim to US citizenship through my husband. They said they will continue our visa processing once they have determined that my child has a possible claim for the citizenship.
Apr 14, 2014, We did the CRBA. They asked for more proof that my husband was in the US for at least 5 yrs because they figured that he's 4 months short.
