I filed I -130 for my parents on 11/24/2019 online and received the NOA1 on 11/27/2019. The application got sent to Texas Service Center.

My husband is for interview on October 11 2018 in Mt. Laurel. Any tips? We have a 3 year old daughter, is she allowed to come with us?

My hubby just had his interview in US Embassy Manila. He got APPROVED! ?

Thank God this painful ordeal is almost done, he will just have to wait for his visa to be delivered to their house!

NVC will ship your case after cc to the embassy and they will scheduled.

No you can't schedule yourself. NVC does the scheduling. You just missed November dates so you are in the queue hopefully for a December slot. It should start maybe the first week of December.

It really depends. I requested for a supervisor review on a Tuesday and got CC on Friday, that's about 3working days. NVC is unpredictable so you should keep calling and make sure a supervisor has been assigned to your case file.

I hope I'll get the same luck as you have! *crossing-fingers*

How long does it take to hear from NVC after a case puts on a supervisor's review?

I just received an e-mail that my K3 or 129-F petition got approved.. I already have paid all the fees and submitted all the civil documents, just waiting for the case complete.. Last scan date is 9/10.. Do I have to do anything with the 129-f petition once in reach NVC? Or would it make the process faster?

Do they review the packages together based on the last scan date? Or review the documents by the date it was received?

Do they still issue false checklist after AOS gets reviewed?

My IV package scan date is Sept 12.. I called NVC several times & they told me that We have to wait to get the docs get reviewed.. The only part that we are getting expedited is the interview part, otherwise you still have to wait like a normal processing do.. ?

Hi! Did you submit any packages already? I also got approved but they told me I still have to wait for all the packages get reviewed before they submit the papers to US Embassy Manila.. so it's about 60 days from our last scan date! Ugh!'!

I got the expedite request approved but NVC won't forward it to Manila US Embassy until they review my AOS and IV package...

I called in NVC on what to do next & they told me that I need to wait still for my packages to get reviewed as it is received.

I just don't get it... what's the sense of having it expedited?

I called in 2nd time, this time I got a nicer agent, & she transferred me to a supervisor... same thing she says, we still need to wait for our documents to get reviewed before sending it to the embassy...

Umm ur packages haven't been reviewed yet? Now just pray that they forward ur packages to the embassy. I have heard they don't forward unreveiwed ones and u might have to get both packages arranged from the start.

Yes, still awaiting for reviews. Aug 6 for my AOS and Sept 10 for IV package..

I just can't believe you still have to wait 60 days till your packages get reviewed even if your case was expedited..
