  1. I havnt gotten my CC email yet.

Has anyone here gotten their interview date without/after getting a case complete email from NVC?

I got my CC email about 10 days after my case was completed. Also another email told me bring my 2013 tax return to VN embassy.

We might have to waiting until at the end of this month to get the interview schedule

Just read this! So what happens now?? Just keep waiting for the NVC? Because don't they say that it is up to the Embassy to release available dates to schedule? So confusing.

Nice to see you in this thread LifeOnHold. I guess your life not on Hold anymore haha

  2. Oh man, that would be great, But I won't hold my breathe.

@ LifeonHold: you should call them today. they are reviewing on May 6 according to the following post lol

I just got off the phone with Jenny at NVC. I have to say that she is one of the nicest operators I have talked to there.

Some good news, my IV documents were reviewed and accepted on April 28. Unfortunately I received a checklist for my AOS documents. My reply to the checklist was scanned in on May 6. I asked good ole Jenny if she had any estimate of when my AOS would be reviewed and she said "They are currently working on May 6 and some stragglers from May 5. You should call back after 9:30pm. You might have case complete tonight."

She also gave me the standard 30 business days spew.

  3. I printed the extension from the IRS website. and that what I used

I got a checklist after they completed my case. I was told that I have to submit 2013 tax form, but my cosigner won't do her tax form until September. So where did you print out the extension proof from IRS website. She already did her extension, but i'm not sure she keeps the extension proof or not :( I'm so worry now

  4. I sent my EROLL email on April 21st. Still no responce either. I hope you post when you get something because I'm 3 days behind you. I have called and asked for a supervisor but he told me they can not see anything on the EP process just that he knew it was taking a month. This was a week ago. I have read alot of people are having problems getting thru on the phones the last few days. Almost 15 months now for us with the USCIS and now Emails that take a month at the NVC. Emails that take a month? Two months both ways? It is hard to deal with.

I've never sent the enroll email, but they had my email in their system. I guess they got it from USCIS package.

  5. I called NVC late yesterday and finally the good news: Case Complete! :)

The agent told me that the petitioner (our daughter) will need to redo one more time the I-864 form (we already got a check-list once), because the amount in the I-864 form still does not match those in the 2 tax forms she submitted, however this was not another check-list, rather that she would have to give us the revised form in time for the interview.

Now waiting for confirmation email and appointment date at the Paris US Embassy...

When did NVC get your I864?? thanks man

  6. Damn this is the checklist i received today .....
sorry about the long post but i remember i doubled checked everything that did not applied to me ...but i did not put N/A on the things that din't

When did NVC get your AOS package???

  7. ***Post split from another thread as poster is asking about their own case and not replying to the OP of the other thread.***

    **Moderator hat off**

Firstly, your aunt will be a joint sponsor. Secondly, she will also file an I-864, not an I-864A. Thirdly, since her husband is unemployed, he would not have any income to combine with your aunt which would make him filling out an I-864A totally pointless. Finally, total income is current income. Without revealing numbers, is your aunt paid by the hour or does she have a set salary? How often is she paid? By knowing this information, I or someone else can give you an accurate formula to calculate the total income.

She made about $75k per year. So, her husband doesn't need to file I864a right ??? Cuz some people said since they filed tax together, her husband need to file I864a also
