did any of the people that got approved last week of February get a case number yet?

Do all males living in Egypt have to undergo The administrative processing? or is it kind of random?

Are there any updates on the AP process?

same boat may 7,transferred December 6 to tsc i bilive we will get approval before march 15 that the time will up date the processing time

Luckily we had two certified copies of our marriage certificate so not a major loss. Phew.

If you sent the original copy to the USCIS I think you should contact the NVC and let them know because most likely, the USCIS office that approved your case forwarded the original documents you sent them along with everything else to the NVC ..so if I were you, I would contact NVC and ask them

we just got approved yesterday

so now I am supposed to wait a week or so then start calling NVC for a case number?

I am a little confused about the whole NVC process (I read most of the posts ) yet I am still confused

I have all the original documents (marriage certificate, birth certificate,etc) , I have tax transcripts for the past 3 years, I am getting my joint sponsor's tax certificates too (I don't need the full file right? just the certificates are fine?)

and of course the form I-864 .What else should I be getting while I wait for the case number ?

i.e. when you get your NOA2

It's like graduating high school.

We try to maintain consistency and the way the sheet looks now is consistent (when compared to March ... July) - none of whom have ANY NVC related data.

Have you looked at Saylin's sheet ?

lol love the metaphor ...and after you graduate high school (get your NOA2), You realize you've got college to get through (NVC )

Congratulations our application was transferred on the 18th as well so hopefully we get approved soon

My i130 has not been approved yet but I am trying to gather some of the stuff needed too in hope that needed documents don't hold me back

My priority date is Aug, 30th 2013. AS of today I got transferred from NBC to my local field office. So hoping to get results soon pending on how fast houston field office works. Any body else who has this date let me know your status.... Good luck

my notice said local field office too but my file ended up in California (I am in Texas too) so I think local field office does not necessarily mean "Your local field office" ...just wait until you get the mail notice (it should have the service center your file was transferred to )

Hi all, congrats to everyone who was approved! We got our email on Saturday afternoon (we're in Australia, so would have been Friday night). Huge relief to say the least, hope everyone else gets their approvals sooner rather than later! I have been doing a lot of research but I am somewhat confused about the NVC process. Would someone be able to send me in the right direction about what the next process looks like? Also, I am currently living and working overseas with my husband and am wondering if we will need a joint sponsor for the Affadavit of Support. Does anyone have experience with this? Would be great to hear any suggestions/advice. Thanks for the help!

I have been reading on the process for awhile and it seems that the NVC will send you directions and guidance about what you should be doing next ...just gather your most important stuff like your tax documents , etc... otherwise, there isn't really much you can do until you get at least a case number

-About the joint sponsor, I am doing the joint sponsor too and I am a little confused as well about whether my sponsor is supposed to fill out a seperate i-864 or him and I will fill out the same one

guys the USCIS (check your status page) keeps coming up as "This webpage is not available"

i got the letter and it said is California service center i wish approved on Monday ...

also no RFE ...is CSC the same as Texas SC or no ??
