the only evidence you have is skype? You dont have boarding passes or passport stamps, no pictures, no receipts from being in the same place at the same time, pictures...nothing at all? Have you met in real life?

No we have a few pics of me and her, along with her with my kids. She was here the last 6 months on a B-2 visa. Boarding passes IDK if she saved those, receipts... Those I usually don't get or throw away immediately.

So what exactly should we have her bring to the interview?

As of right now I have every single text we have sent each other since she left (heh 2500 this month) I can print them from imessage, the only bad thing is they just say either from her number or to her number, my number is not listed. Also I have been taking photos of my Skype logs, it's kinda funny if I print all of this she will have a 3 inch thick stack of papers.

Is there anything else we can do? She was actually still here when they got the 129F (She left the country the day the received it) should we have her include her passes from when she was here too?
I am unable to travel down there to see her so that's out.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!! I just want to make sure that when she goes for her interview she is all set.

My problem is all of my end of it is done on my Xbox One, so if I go to my PC I can't see my history (or at least I haven't figured it out yet)... BTW if anyone else has an xbox one, if you login to Skype from it, it will give you 6 months of free premium service with 100 min international calling for 6 months.

Ok, so we were in a dilemma.... We text and Skype ALL the time and I was thinking about it we have no "real" way to show ongoing besides the texts and Skype logs. Well as most of you know you can't print these out easily (we use imessage).... Or so I thought.

Skype.... All I do is I take a pic of my call history when we hang up (yeah it isn't dated but anyone with 1/2 a brain can see they were all made at different times and days). I hope that will work good enough.

Select who you want to get messages for, and if you want to set a time range, or color code it for you and your partner (there's a bunch of options, just look at what you want)

Then click send through email....Presto!!! You now have a PDF of all of your conversations (It does omit pics you send)

I hope this helps someone else out there, as I spent most of the night looking how to do this.

Rats.... I was hoping this is something that happens right before the NOA2 gets sent.... I did read on here some who only got the text it was still 4 months where others got both text and email and was approved hours later. I d get both the email and text, It's in California Service and I have seen a HUGE trend that people that filed late Jan early Feb are getting NOAs in 10-15 days....

I'll keep praying that I am one of the lucky10-15 day people.

I just got a text that it was updated and checked and had this message: Alien Registration Number was changed relating to you 129F, does anyone know what this means (I'm sure it has been asked before)..... If this means that I should get NOA2 soon I will flip out... I SENT my 129F in on Feb 4th!!

Look at the dates for the late January people... I see someone got theirs in 10 days!

Hello, I have noticed that a TON of people that have had their 129F sent to the California center at the end of January are getting cranked out in about 2 weeks. I am hoping I fall into this as well, but you never know. I did look at the NCISC site at their charts and it looks like the number of applicants as of November is less than 10,000 (2/3's less than just 2 months before) it also seems they are producing about 5,000 approvals a month.

I had sent my K1 on 02/04/14 and got the NOA1 (Text and email) on the 14th (the date the website says is the 11th) so this seems to be moving along pretty quickly.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

I was wondering I see that here they say last 3 years of tax documents but it does not ask for them in the instructions. I have 2 years handy (electronic) and was wondering if that is good enough.

Also, the 125%, is that pre taxes? Either way I'm fine... It's just pretax amount would look a lot better than post, also my kids get survivors benefits (an additional almost 20k a year) should I include that as well?

Well I sent it off yesterday, I did express mail with required signature. Now it's just a matter of waiting.

Also whyhdoes it say in yhr directions to send her a copy of the 129? We filled it all out together will she need to bring this with her to the interview?

Neither of us want her to leave for an extended time, would it be best to have her go and do the K1, or get married and do the I-130 and 485 way?
BTW she can show proof of intent to return home (She bought a ticket home back in Dec. for a few days before she HAS to go (Feb 19 I think is the last day she can be here).

So I will be sending off my I-129F this Monday, I was just going over it and had a couple questions about it....
1. Question 2A... My fiancé is latin and has 2 last names (Father/ Mother) is it fine if we put both names there?

2. She is here in the US right now and question 15 asks about this.... We do have all of her info but she will be leaving Feb 11th (Her last day she can be here is Feb 15) Should we fill this in because by the time they get it she will have left.... (I figure better to fill it in and she is gone, then not fill it in and have an issue).

3. Question 34 and 34A, Yes we have met (she is even getting some stuff shipped to my house) but with 34A is just one line like I put fine? "We met through Christianmingle.com in Sept. 2013" or should I attach another sheet and go into details?
