The approval letter says you'll receive the card within 60 days, but yeah probably call and ask if the website hasn't updated to say green card in production.

Can't figure out RTF for some reason this time around, I'll just quote the last person that posted the timeline. Anyways, I got my approval letter today! It was dated for the 6th, pretty much exactly a year since the NOA.

I went to the ASC yesterday to try to get in early and the man at the door told me nicely to try again the next day in the early a.m. So I did just that. I got there at 7:55am and was out at 9:30am this morning. Biomerics completed! Now to have a nice and relaxing house inspection next Tuesday without any worry about appointments!

I really hope the inspection goes well. The house is adorable and in such a good neighborhood and school district. I'm tired of this apartment complex.

I might try to sneak my way in to an earlier appointment next week, otherwise I guess we need to push back the inspection which is also tough since due diligence period and everything...

From what I'm seeing it's a few people from the Vermont Service Center only. I don't think anyone that filed at California has received theirs, unless I'm mistaken, I'd love for someone to correct me!! !!!

According to the chart it's just a few early August filers at CSC that haven't responded to this thread in awhile with any info about their NOA1 date. Looks like all the VSC people have gotten and NOA1 and have added it to the chart, and most of the CSC people have too.

I'm going to be a September filer, but I could use a brief answer to a question I have after seeing this thread: Do we know why there are a few early August filers without NOA1 dates? Have they just not reported back to VisaJourney, or are a few people actually experiencing delays for some reason?

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure you could look up their username in the search box and see if they've been active at all, otherwise they probably just forgot or something.

Edit: I went ahead and searched the 4 or 5 people on the list without NOA1 dates. Looks like some haven't posted or haven't been online since first posting, and others have had some trouble with getting their letter in the mail. So I'm guessing CSC messed up with sending the letters out, or maybe USPS lost the mail. I think they've called USCIS and have asked for their NOA1 date, but they haven't been back in this thread to talk about it.

Got my NOA in the mail today, receipt dated 09/02/16, let out a little "Yay" at my mailbox.

Heyyyy! GA! How was it? Which office did you go to? I was reading somewhere on this website that it's not always the field offices that do these appointments, and as it turns out there are two separate USCIS offices in the Atlanta area. One near College Park I think and the other out by 20 east(the field office). How do you like Georgia? I think it's great here Buford is such a nice spot too. Our extended family members are up there. My in-laws are south of Atlanta though, they didn't get the memo xP Then they complain about driving up to see us on the north side. It's better up here.

Cheque/check was cashed today. That pending charge is lovely to my eyes. I put my package inside a clear poly envelope to make sure the pages wouldn't be able to get wet and I had my photos in a neat Walmart photo slip that allows one picture to be viewed. I like to think that my husband and my face is sitting on a pile of papers, screaming at the agents at VSC to "look at us!!"

Also, there was that one June 2016 filer who was approved after two months, what the what. Pour that luck over here please.

Hello! Anyone else having trouble with ELIS account number? I called USCIS this morning, and just wanted to share that you can call them and ask to be transferred to the ELIS tech support team. They will be able to give you your ELIS account number without making a new account. They will ask for your name, birth date and A-number. Hope that helps.

Oops. I never thought of doing that. I was wondering why I couldn't sign in when I had emails showing that I did make an account. I made a new one but then still couldn't find a number. So I wrote none. If they RFE me for that I suppose I'll call someone up and ask. Not sure what they did to their site to make it impossible to log in.

Your list looks good to me! I may be wrong, but they can't be too strict when it comes to your supporting documents since some petitioners apply even though they are no longer with their US spouses!

According to the VisaJourney Step-by-Step Guide, you only need to submit supporting documents since your last immigration interview (since you have become a permanent resident)! http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide#evidence

While the USCIS instructions for the I-751 say that evidence should cover the entire period from your marriage up to the present date, there is no need to repeat evidence that you already submitted to them earlier. Many couples submit no evidence whatsoever covering the period before their first interview. In any case, it's helpful to concentrate on the evidence that has developed since they last interviewed you.

My husband thinks "well, if we do get an RFE then it's good we didn't send too much, because we can supply more now. If we gave them everything we had and they still RFE us then what would we do?"

Yah, we're probably looking for a house soon. Which is awkward during this process, but, we're ready for one. So, I think my name with my husband's name being on a house is 100% guaranteed legit marriage. I dunno.

I would say that it is good information, but you did not submit the quantity that they are wanting to adjudicate your ROC. I would be ready with copies for each month of each year since marriage, and be prepared for an RFE.

Oops! Forgot to mention our Christmas cards. There's 2014 cards, 2 year anniversary cards, and 2015 Christmas cards and envelopes addressed to both of us. I also just read someone else who had way less info have an RFE and then they submitted even less statements than I sent so, I feel good now.

Turns out I slacked off a bit this month (thought I could get tax transcripts online but it kept failing so we ordered through mail ) So I guess I'll technically be a September filer if I ship this package off tomorrow. My 90 day window opened last Friday so I was already pretty late in the month. I'm just so worried about Labour Day weekend messing up my package. I'll definitely shell out the $$ to get it there in two days or less though. Ahhh well. Good luck August filers!

It should be good enough, ours was like that for AOS and it was fine. I would also send in all leases during the time you've been living together just to be safe.

Hello! My husband and I renewed our lease this year and our apartment complex does that electronically. When printed there's no actual signatures, though there is a little check box saying it has been signed electronically and a code and what not, and the last page has a cover letter with our emails and stuff and when we signed. We're on good terms with our management office and they'll sign it for us with ink if we ask, but is it necessary? Also, should I ask for our lease from 2015 or is this one good enough?

Tl;dr: Lease has no ink signatures, will it be an issue? Also, should I ask for our old lease and send in that too? How many leases are required? :x

Got a question for you about this form though! For anything that didn't apply to you did you leave blank or put N/A? I'm freaking out because it looks like people do both quite often, and the instructions technically tell you to do so, and there's soooo many blank spaces (for me at least, no interpreter, no preparer, no kids, etc.) My husband is like "it literally doesn't matter" and I'm like "I just wanna know what everyone else did so that I feel less stupid." I sent it by USPS 3-Day Priority Mail! It'll be at the California Service Center on Thursday!

It's been a little over a month since arriving in Georgia and I got my Green Card today! No SSN yet so I suppose I'll head to an office. There's actually one close by to my husband's work so maybe we can head there during his lunch. Yuppers!
