I talked to my friend who works for our congressman, she called UCIS and they said they are really trying to get everyone within their 5 month mark, she then told me if I dont receive a noa2 by june 22 to call her and she will have them pull my file. They need to move their butts and get the november and december filers done and if they are overwhelmed they need to transfer some to the cali center.

. But I dont understand this. I read so many posts people visiting their fiances or husbands while the petition is in process.

I have visited Germany and had no issues, although I dont know much about Greece and their policies.

So I wanna know from you guys what the wedding plans are?? Im curious, we are struggling with that. We plan on going to court house when he gets here and then having an actual wedding in a year, although I personally hate that we have to do that but planning a wedding within 90 days with our schedules seems impossible plus I can't plan a wedding with TSC moving so slow. I hate the 90 day rule! bc I would love to just get married once and call it a day not this twice #######.

Hi! Im Jan 22 for NOA1, hoping we start hearing something soon when you said 100, I just thought damn..ahh I really wish that our stuff would get transfer to cali, so everyone gets approved in order not by luck.. eh whatever! lol

I can't help but laugh sometimes, I see people posting that "they're anxiously waiting for NOA2" when NOA1 was 10 days ago maybe. Some people don't even know what anxiety is, this process might actually KILL somebody that's anxious over a few days of waiting. They need to check themselves before they wreck themselves. Reality check STAT!

We received our NOA1 jan 22, and were hoping he be here by June, but now I have moved everything around til the late summer, I'm suppose to move houses but everything is on hold now bc I couldn't take the stress anymore of rushing, so hopefully we all hear something soon. He already has all his shots. Sometimes I wonder if we should of took a different route.. my fiancé lived in the US for 5 years went to college and played soccer professionally here (that's how we met) and would of qualified for his green card on his own but after getting engaged we heard the fiancé route would be faster so we just started the paperwork for that. Guess its the luck of the draw!

Yes I agree I know what the average time is but seeing how quickly cali is moving is so annoying. I already got all of our pictures together and other evidence and left it with my fiancé when I was visiting.

Im actually a jan texas filer, but my fiancé lives in Germany, so glad the Germany embassy moved quickly for yall! bc texas is taking foreverrr! I see you waited quite awhile! best of luck!

Guys, they are clearing the October/November petitions. The last 2 or 3 belonging to those months got their NOA2s today. This is really good news since it means in the coming 30 days, they will be working on Dec/Jan petitions.

Hope that's the case!

You got approvd for NOA1 on 23 I was 22 thru Texas center, I'll be watching closely to see whats next, seems like texas is moving slower then cali

We received our NOA1 thru the texas center on Jan 22nd, hoping we are lucky and get the NOA2 soon, I'm visiting my fiancé in 2 weeks is there anything he will eventually need from me to sign? I'm bringing a bunch of pictures and plane tickets as more evidence but was wondering if there was something else he needed my signature for so that way instead of him mailing it to me can just get it done now. A BIG CONGRATS to those that have received their NOA2!

Hi all! I filed Jan 15th overnighted it, Jan 21st check was cashed and Jan 22 received NOA. This was sent to the Dallas lock box. Where is everyone's fiancé? Mine is in Germany, hoping he gets his Fiance Visa by may-june.
