Sorry if this question has been answered elsewhere, but for vaccines that require multiple doses 8 weeks apart (MMR, varicella), is it possible to still get the visa when you have only received the first vaccine?

Okay, so I didn't want to talk about it immediately when it happened, but my original scan date was January 13...on March 11 my husband and I got a checklist for not putting the income in part 6 box 5 into part 6 box 10 on the i864. I sent in the corrected papers and my checklist scan date was March 13. At the same time, I sent in an expedite, my third now (the first was denied and the second was approved at the interview stage only) and it was approved yesterday and all the papers were sent to the embassy today!!!!! We are just waiting on an interview date now!!!!! YAAAAY! My husband can be here for the birth of our first son!

Just got our CC email after 7 days. Crossing my fingers we'll have an interview date scheduled very soon!

I just checked and we have 3 N/As!!! I almost didn't check today because we still have 11 days left and the disappointment of looking every day was killing me!

I'm on hold now waiting to confirm cc with the NVC.

I checked spreadsheet but don't see many people from Brazil. Anybody have an idea of how long their embassy is taking?

Our consulate is also Brazil and we also got our case complete today! Maybe will have interviews close together! I'll keep you updated if I hear anything!!

OMG my mom's case completed today! Scan date 01/20/2015.. Still waiting for my dad's due to the " mail" they claim I sent them which I didn't send any, his scan date is now March 4..

After 1 hour and 6 minutes on hold, the nice rep confirmed my case was completed today (scan date 1/23/15). Feeling so blessed! Started this journey in December 2013 and thank god it's almost over! Good luck to everyone still waiting. I hope this means NVC is speeding up their processing times for everyone. Best of luck!

Today marks 30 days at NVC (scan date 1/23). Crossing our fingers for a CC in the next 30 with no checklist!

I reached out to my senator's office this week. Has anyone tried that for help with your pending cases? How long did it take for your senator to contact uscis? And how long did it take uscis to respond?

46 Days of RFE response view. Still no progress

51 days of RFE response review. Also no update

Also waiting on a response from our rfe (proof of bona fide marriage). TSC received the evidence July 7th and still no news. Nervous to bug them before the 60 days is up because they said that is the time frame to expect a response

Our lawyer only had us send in our marriage license. We've been together for 5 years so it would have been so easy to send proof with our lease, joint checking accounts, taxes, trips, letters from family/friends, and millions of pictures, but our lawyer did want us to. Oh well, at least we can file this stuff quickly and hope for a quick turn around. It's just frustrating that our lawyer did have us do it the first time!

After receiving our RFE, I've been looking through some forums. Our lawyer didn't want us to submit any proof of a bona fide marriage with our 130. However, from what I've been reading, it seems that if you didn't submit anything extra, you're just doomed for an RFE. I'm kicking myself now for not sending stuff the first time. Did you guys all send proof?

We just got an RFE from TSC. Our priority date was Dec 18th. Hoping to get it through ASAP.

Does anyone know what's going on with the texas service center? The percent of approvals in October is very low. Hopefully it changes soon!
