embassy asked me three things,

submitt ds260,medical report and pics, so that they they can shedule my personal appearance to sign electronicaly ds260 they dont mention about oath and finger print etc what does it mean?

After Receiving mentioned documents almost a week later they will schedule Oath and Finger prints date...

1, Try To renew ur passport asap.

2, languages not a big deal in family immigration... yes or no. as u wish....

3, renewal your passport through Urgent Service.. and try to get appointment for medical asap...

finaly i received an email from embassy that your case was rewieved,and asked to submitt ds260 ,medical report and 2 pics so that they can shedule my personal appearance to electronically sign the ds260,

But there is a problem my pspt has already expired and i requst embassy to return it,so that i can get anew one but still waiting for it,

Can i submitt ds 260,with out having passport?

one more thing about ds 260 what shld be the answer of ques "can you speak,read any other language beside your native language" yes or no

My passport are going to expire at 18 July.

one year are going to complete of medical is 15 July.

I received the similar email. My interview was on August 23rd..

Did you case update in March and April?

My case updated than stopped completely and there has been no update since April 3rd..

Yeah Same Her... In March got 2 updates and then 3rd April.. then stopped...

Today Early Morning i was sent e mail to Embassy. after 3 hours i received below mentioned reply: i don't think so embassy did'nt reply

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to predict how long this processing may take. The wait could possibly be quite lengthy. However, please rest assured that as soon as this processing is finished, we will contact the applicant using the contact information he/she has provided on his/her application. Thank you for your kind understanding.

If the applicant has not heard from our office after six months, please contact our office again using the web based email form available on the website of the American Embassy.

No question was asked i gave my medical on window 3 was a paki guy. And then waited, after a while i was called on window 8. A white guy along with a paki girl they made me read the oath and did finger prints and done.

Guys i have received an email from the embassy for new medical two passport size pictures

also to submit DS-260 online which i have prepared all of them, they said when i'm done with

DS-260 to email them the barcode then they will call me to come for the finger prints.

i need your advice on the following questions

1- My passport is expiring on june i requested the embassy twice to return it

so i can have it renewed but no response on that. do you think there is any

chances for me to get a visa on the current passport.

2- Should i mail the medical and pictures via american express

or wait for their call so i could take these documents with me to the embassy

Dear Friend: send required documents as soon as possible. dont ask for passport back.. passport back will cause more delaying... don't do this .. they are working on ur case... they will complete in next few days.... Best of luck
