hi my file was approuved on 03/03/2014 (i-130)and no interview date yet !!someone can explain to me the processing time to get an interview date

I am Algerian too, i am woman. I got my I130 petition approved in 6th of February 2014, and got my case number at NVC 14 days after that ( on 21st of Feb 2014). We paid all fees ( AOS and IV fees) and have sent all the documents and forms necessary for my application. We received a checklist about the AOS form on 27th of March 2014, so we sent back a checklist response with all the required information and they received it on 2nd of April 2014. It has been 17 days since they receive it and we got no email or anything from them so i guess they might take some more time to review all the packages, forms, etc.. to complete the case then schedule the interview and send the IV package to the US Embassy ( or conulate) in Algiers.

I am hoping for this day i am bored of being apart from my husband and hope also that you get your case complete soon inshaa Allah brother (or sister).

I am an Algerian woman married to a US citizen , i got a checklist from NVC and had sent back the checklist response to them , when my husband called the agent told him that they received it on 2nd of April 2014, i haven't heard from them until now . They took only 6 days after they received my IV package to review both of the packages (AOS and IV packages). Now it has been 17days since they received the checklist response that they were asking for.

Please how long does it usually take for them to review the checklist responsefrom the day they receive it ?

Congrats for the good news hope to get mine completed very soon we sent the checklist response about the AOS form, we called NVC they told us they received it on the 2nd of Apr until now we didn't hear anything from them . Can you tell me please how long did NVC take to complete your case after they received your IV package or checklist response? I would appreciate your reply many thanks. Hello everybody in VJ. I am an algerian woman married to a US.Citizen applying for the CR1 visa. We received a checklist from NVC on 27th March about the AOS form ( the IV package and DS-260 were OK) so we replied and sent back a new form ( new I-864 form). It was delivered to NVC on 31st March but we didn't hear from them until now! I The IV package ( documents for IV application) that i sent was delivered on 19th of March and received by NVC on 21st ( 3 days after the delivery), it took 6 days for them to review both packages (the IV and AOS packages) because we received a checklist from them through email on teh 27th March.

My question is how long does it take for them to review the checklist response and get my case complete and schedule the appointment at the US Embassy in Algiers since they didn't take a long time to review and send the checklist to us ???

I am algerian woman married to a US citizen not a green card holder. We submitted our IV application ( we have paid the IV application fees, sent the IV package and the AOS form). We received a checklist letter from NVC on March 27th, 2014 about the some information that were missed or incomplete in the AOS form that my husband's dad filled. So we sent back a new form with the information they required and it was delivered on March 31st, 2014 and we didn't hear anything from them until now!

My question is : How long does it usually take for NVC to review and complete a case ( if everything is OK) after they received our checklist letter?

We have been waiting since August 7th for a decision on our K1 Visa petition. After my processing time had passed I had made a Service Request, in January. And I just got an email that it has been DENIED. The letter will come by mail with the reason what the problem is???? WHAT SHOULD WE DO???? PLEASE HELP????????? RE-APPLY OR APPEAL???? OR WHAT? PLEASE HELP!!!!

I am so sorry friend for you, it should be some reason that made them denie your petition . My both petitions for K3 visa were approved yesterday Thank God after a waiting of about 7 months! Thank God. I hope everything will go well for you, God willing.

My both petitions for K3- visa were approved yesterday Feb 4th !! i am so glad Thank God! Now i am waiting for the NOA2 to see what r the following steps to do ! my case was transferred on Jan 22nd to CSC after about 7 months. Can you tell me what should i do now?

my husband received the NOA1 for the i130 on July 16th, 1013, and the NOA1 for i129f on Aug 12th, 2013. On Jan 22nd, 2014 our case was transferred to CSC, so how long should i wait before i receive a decision?

I am Algerian woman married to a US Citizen ( was born in USA , he and all of his familly), he applied for the K3 Visa for me, so we received the NOA1 for the i130 form on July 16th, 2013 and the NOA1 for the i129f on August 12th, 2013. Well, i hust checked my case status and saw that they had transfered my i129f and i130 to the local office where my husband lives ( Florida). My question is does it take long time from now to get a decision for this petition? And what is the local office for Florida city? Also, Why did they transfer my case to this local?

I al very worried about that, and would appreciate your answers as soon as possible pleaaaaaaaaaaasee....
