  3. Woohoo!!!! Just got this email message:

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On January 8, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Our receipt date was July 9, so that is just about 6 months exactly.

    YAYYYYYYYY!!!

My husband is in Chile, and was planning to come here in about a month on a tourist visa (yes, while his application was still pending, because he hasn't seen me and the kids in 4 months).

Does anyone know how long post decision activity takes? The Chilean consulate is fairly efficient. If he does come on the tourist visa, can he just stay here and do the interview here?

    Thanks!

    Did u ever get transferred

  4. I called the uscis today I don't think they know what is going on I called to ask about my July 2013 petition and he said Assuming that my petition as sent tp CSC it should be about 5 more months till I get something else. He said he looked up my case and it is currently pending. He said they are currently working on cases from February 2013 I told hime that I had received a letter saying to contact the uscis if I have not received an approval or a notice within 60 days than he was like oh ok well call back after 60days if I did not get anything new

  5. 60 days is a long time to wait! we've been waiting for months now!!!!!!!

it is just driving me crazy!

most of us waiting for approvals hate weekends. IOnce on Friday, I want Monday to come fast so that they get back to work on the petitions! isn't that crazy? we work all week and still can't even enjoy the weekend!!!!

Alos, CSC processes petitions in 2 to 3 weeks, Texas a little longer than that. But NSC takes the full 60 days in most cases!!!! this is nuts!!!!!!!!!

Hi this is my first time on here I receved my third transfer notice last night via email. My PD is july 2 2013. I got the hard copy in the mail on January 2. Where did u get that CSC is processing 2-3 weeks? My petition was transferred to CSC
