  1. People who was waiting their IL already did medical check ? Or it s now time to do it?

I am worry about that because there is only 2 doctors and there are in Paris also the American embassy so I wonder if you have to move for 3/4 days to do everything (iam 1000km away so it s a plan and money all this) .... Are you all in the same situation ? Have to plan a little trip for medical and interview?

I sincerely thank you for you replies

For us here in Cambodia , we only do the medical checkup and vaccinations 2-4 weeks before interview because here we need to show interview letter in order to get medical checkup from certain US embassy certified medical centers.

  2. The link is very much needed with the I-130 process. I am not sure why you are saying it has nothing to do...the mere sending of the I-130 at the applicaion process with the USCIS is easy...things get complicated or should I say, the I-130 at the NVC stage is when it gets tricky, reason why I told the OP to be familiar with the process.

We applied recently for I-130 for our minor children ( my USC huband did instead of me ), reason why I know the process. And The link I provided hassomething to do with the I-130 which was very much helpful for us and I am quite sure it will be for the OP too.

My apologize if it sound mean , i was typing on mobile so i'd rather keep it short.

Regarding the link , OP is still at USCIS process and the link is for NVC process , he is not there yet he is seeking for USCIS process

  3. m confuse. There is nothing to be excited if visa bulletin step 5 or 6 weeks coz still they are scheduling for april pd's upto may 8. They r rly making traffic of the case as beside domincan republic, and couple of other nations, non of may pd's r geting date for march interviews. Future pd's wil get more sucked coz of this traffic. Although pd will be current u guys will be 1 more month late for receiving interview dates as we r, current bt told to call on march to get information

Oh hi you're seem a bit confusing on that part , the interview date will be vary from country to country yes it's depend on your local embassy workload and the important thing is Time Zone ,and last week they delayed a bit so chance is that they haven't contact your embassy as of now, you don't go and make your assumption for everyone if you're believing that they are working for April-May then no it's not true , they are hiding the fact that the upcoming visa bulletin is not available yet so some get pre-schedule , some haven't. They are not telling what months they are working for until the VB is up for everyone , a couple fri of mine with May PD got ILs.

You need to know that they are scheduling for the whole month so even in mid Feb you could get IL if you haven't got any by that time.

  4. If the LPR mother is married to a USC, the USC spouse can file the I-130 for the minor step children.

I did not say he can't , he is asking for his wife i'm answering his main question

Read in depth this link, this had been very helpful when we filed the I-130 for our minor children.

Oh and here the link you provided has nothing to do with I-130 , it's for NVC stage whereas OP is seeking for some help regarding sending I-130.

  5. For the mother to petition the child i'm assuming she is a permanent resident , She will need the following :

    1. Form I-130 http://www.uscis.gov/i-130

    2. A copy of green card both back and front

    3. A copy of child’s birth certificate issued by civil authorities

    Source :

    http://www.uscis.gov/family/family-us-citizens/children/bringing-children-sons-and-daughters-live-united-states-permanent-residents

    http://www.uscis.gov/i-130

It will be more or less 2 years to get him there , use the time wisely.

    * The child will be petitioned under F2A category.
