Oh man i was under the impression TSC was moving alot quicker than usual currently?
Who knows ?? No evidence yet
-
Hope we get something soon
I hope so too
-
and mine Jan. 6
Noa1 on the 10th here ;-)
-
we still waiting after 3 months now since noa1..i really dont know ####### IS GOING AT TSC
Would love to transfer :-(

Does anyone know if there is a separate January 2014 TSC filers topic? If not, it may make sense to start one -- it's confusing to see all the CSC filers getting NOA2 and hard to keep track of what's going on with applications being processed at TSC.
Good idea

So are us TSC petitioners the unlucky ones as it looks like CSC is moving fast.
Any lucky TSC users give us some hope ??
Thanks
-
wow you got yours soooo fast... Im also CSC oh i am crossing my fingers hoping there's nothing holding it back
Wish ours was transfered too CSC :-(

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between February 16, 2014 and February 22, 2014*.
Come on, CSC
Exactly the same dates as mine but TSC damn
-
yes
Lucky you
-
Yep... petition is approved. Just received an email stating that my petition was approved on Feb 18. NOA2 hard copy on its way.....18 days from the day NOA1 was issued...
Let me guess CSC ??
-
Hehe..I do the same, which feels really silly for me 'cause for my timezone, when I'm awake, the office is closed for the night.
Can't help it though

Same here

So excited to see lots of Jan filers got NOA2 already. I hope mine will be before end of this month.
Our Petition is with TSC so don't hold much hope as they are slow

Are all you noa2 receivers getting a notification email or are you just checking USCIS site daily ??
-
Don't worry friend. It's waiting for the London embassy that's the longest! They are very efficient, but also the busiest.
Hoping noa2 is this week still !!
-
Wooo! NOA2!
Wow your dates are same as mine and also TSC. I hope mine is done soon.
-
February will soon end.. ugh
I know I want noa2 already !!

Entered the US today for the first time since we submitted our K1 (received NOA2 last week) ... It went like this:
Purpose of visit (me: February break vacation)
How long? (Me: a week).
Last time in US? (Me: Christmas)
Who do you know there? (Me: Boyfriend lives there)
How did meet? (Me: Online)
How long have you been together? (Ummmm almost 3 years)
Sooooo when are you getting married? (Here is where I kind of stumbled... In my mind I'm like, does he know I have a pending k1? Is this a trick question? Gah what do I say??? Do I bring up the k1?!?!? Helpppoooo... my response ended up being "like uhh uhh um uh eventually?" LOL! Which in retrospect made no sense).
Apparently my awkward "uh um uh eventually" was good enough, he kind of laughed to himself and stamped my passport, b2 that expires in 6 months. Did not ask to see any of the paperwork (ties to CAnada) that I had brought.
Which made me wonder, can customs officers see pending visas?
Thank you for the info.

Looks ok to me, please keep us posted how you get on as I too are playing a 2 weeks trip next week Sunday, We filed in November.
I'll let you know fingers crossed.

To me it looks like you have got it all covered but it will all be down to the CBP Officer on the day, just be your self.
Thank you so worried !!

Hi all,
So next thursday i fly to Corpus Christi, TX. I land in Houston so my poe will be there.
Here is a list of tie's to the UK:
1. Return ticket
2. Letter from employer stating dates I am returning to work.
3. Holiday insurance policy for the time I am in the US.
4. Airport parking receipt valid for the time I am in the US.
5. Business certificate - Showing i have a active business in the UK (photographer).
6. Invoices for photography work i have booked in the UK after my trip to the US.
Anything else do you think i may need ??
I am in Corpus for 10 days only due to work entitlement in the UK.
Thank you
Paul

Its exciting to hear of others already getting their NOA 2 so fast. I compulsively check case status daily even though Im already registerd to receive txt and email of any updates. I sent to Texas lockbox and it got transfered to Cali service center. I dont know why the background check is taking so long. My only fear is that i didnt send copies of my passport stamps I only included copies of the flight itineraries and pictures. I also didnt include a statement of intent from my beneficiery only mine the petitioner. Getting worried as the days pass.
My VJ timeline says "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between February 28, 2014 and March 10, 2014"
You will probably get a rfe with only one letter of intent I'm afraid.
