I called USCIS for my case but got same usual reply that my case is still within normal processing time....so lets wait for a couple more months...

My PD is 7th october and it is a boute 3 months that Vermont stuck to 25th of September! I am tired of this slow process. can we talk with senator regarding that.

As predicted VB is expected to move on upcoming September 2014 Visa Bulletin, these dates could advance, "possibly as far as late fall 2012.".........i guess VSC will start reviewing I-130 on our applications.

Doesn't matter. Its all predictions anyway.

Predictions states it will move not retrogress or no movement!!!

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has announced that it will now begin to issue a report each month intended to provide reliable predictions and analysis regarding the movement of cutoff dates in the visa bulletin. These reports will be based on discussions with Charles Oppenheim, Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division, U.S. Department of State (DOS), following the release of each month's visa bulletin. The predictions made in this month's AILA report.

Chief Oppenheim predicts that the long-stagnant FB2A cutoff dates will move forward in September 2014. As of the August 2014 Visa Bulletin, the FB2A cutoff date stands at March 15, 2011 for Mexico, and May 1, 2012 for all other countries of chargeability. In the upcoming September 2014 Visa Bulletin, these dates could advance, "possibly as far as late fall 2012."

Hello im new here, My Priority Date 01August2013 CC:May22.2014 , hanggang ngayon wala papo akong natatanggap na IL, ask ko lang pano kung next year wala parin dumating na IL at sa Jan25 2015 mag 21 na ako , wala po bang magiging problema sa Case pag nag 21 na ako at wala pang dumating na IL ko? Tsaka Dahil sa retro kaya nadedelay ang mga f2a cases ? Sana may mga kasagutan kau sa tano ko po.

And another beauty is VSC still stuck on Sep 25,2013 on our NOA 2 while others TSC,CSC are processing within 5 months!!

11/25/2013-Daniel-Nepal-( Currently in UAE) still waiting NOA 2.

Seems system error!!

That's a challenge I've been battling with... Called NVC and got my Case number and IIN... Was told by the NVC agent that I won't be able to do anything further till my priority date is current...

But people with experience here on VJ told me to disregard what the NVC agent told me and go ahead to further my application and get case complete... But that I won't be scheduled for interview till my PD is current....

Tried to log in with my case number and IIN to fill the DS261 choice of agent form... But the website kind of bounced me out saying I'm not eligible for filling the DS261 form for now...

From what I heard such happens because NVC has not updated my case number in their system... I'll keep trying

CSC is way faster... But for F2A's..its PD that matters most at the end of the day.. My PD is March 11th.. California SC.. And I was approved in less than a month... Case at NVC.. Nows the long wait to be current

At least we can process our case till NVC stage if our I-30 has bee approved and be ready to wait or PD to be current.

Particularly at Nov 25,2013 and still we are unknown about cases.

As i said, VSC still neutral on the same date ...

In my case not yet my PD is Feb 25th, 2014...The waiting is killing me.

Have Patience Andrelisa 1991...my wife filed on Nov 25, 2013 and still waiting for NOA 2.

While it is still reflecting May 6 2014... and we are hitting June 3!!

So far no any updates...since we already crossed 6.5 months...

PD is July 5th, 2013. Received RFE On Dec 28th, 2013, replied back by Jan 7th, still waiting for response. Opened a request, was told to wait for 30 days....waited and then was told to wait more as file is under review....how long does it take to process a simple RFE (marriage certificate in long format).

As you can see visa bulletin has retrogress back in May 1 2013, so they wont precisely give priority for F2A unless it approach for new fiscal year!! Hope coming visa bulletin will bring some good news!

I guess lousy VSC are still stuck on 25 Sep 2013 F2A fillers cz the VB strike back with Retrogression...... ...make sense when Hardik got RFE being PD of 22 October since he was upgraded to CR1 only while mahdieh PD is 3 October 2013 and still the case wasn't touched..Hope this immigration bill will be passed this summer..Everyday i am freaking out!!
