Ever seen that new show on TLC "90 day fiancée?" well one of the women on there 1st tried for a work visa and got denied, then later on applied for a K1 visa and she got approved to come. So I don't think it matters.

Marry her while you are here..... I should have done it when my boyfriend was here, but I was unsure at the time. I regret it. Once you go back to your country things get tricky to do. MARRY HER BEFORE YOU LEAVE....If that is what she wants too

Welcome to the United States ( : Well I can understand how boring it can be to stay at home. I have had 2 kids and had to stay home and you get kinda crazy. After some time you can get a job then start working so this can fill your day. Go online and look for some clubs or things you can join in the meantime. Or maybe you can volunteer somewhere.... I don't know if there is a hospitial somewhere you can volunteer or do some charity work to help others.May have to check and see if you can do this don't really see why not.

Yes you can visit as far as I am aware. I don't believe the DWI is a problem. They do have a checklist of things to send from memory here are some: 2 passport size photos, 2 of you and 2 of your fiancée against a white backround ( on the back of the photo write your full name on yours and fiancée full name on her picture., A letter of intent to marry one from u and one from your fiancée (They have samples of these documents online). If you have a passport a copy of it front to back, copy of your birth certiface proving u are a US citizen. A letter from 2 people stating that they know you and your fiancée is really in a relationship.(Also they have samples of these documents online). And you need to send the Biglography form for you and your fiancée completed. The form name starts with a "D" I cant remember the numbers off the top of my head. If you can not find get back to me and I will look it up for u. If you send it all the first time u will avoid looising time. Also at least 4 pictures of you two together(on the back of the picture u must write your name and fiancée name and where the picture was taken.
