  1. I had a CICS account established in 2015 when I applied for US citizenship, and I became a naturalized citizen in 2018. I am going to apply for immigrating my sister now and thought I could/should use my existing online account to make a new application for her. But in filling out a new online I-130, it wants my alien registration number. This is despite my answering yes to being asked if I’m a US citizen. Plus, I don’t see how my old alien registration could apply since I’m now a citizen. However, when I try to leave it blank, It responds with a message “This account has already been verified using a different A-Number. The A-number in this accounts profile is xxxxxx2465. If you need to apply for a benefit for someone else using the A-number you entered, you should sign out of this account and create a new account for them at myaccount.uscis.gov.” So it quotes my alien number from my previous application. In spite of the message it lets me continue filing out the form. I’m just not sure at this point if this will have some detrimental effect in the processing. I suppose I could just go with the paper form but it looks like they want you to have an account. Has anybody had any experience with this or have any idea how to proceed? thanks
