well like i said i called USCIS if the information is incorrect i dont know thats what she told me.

I called the uscis department and they answer any question that you can have. i asked them about it and they said as a conditional resident i can apply for my us citizenship when i have the 3 years if i already applied for the removal of my conditions and after the 3 years i can submit my application to do citizenship even if i havent received my gc. i asked her i can do it 90 days before the 3 years and she said no you have to wait until you have 3 years exactly, you can even sent the paperwork the same day or your 3rd anniversary but you have to wait. and they give you just one interview.  

as i said i called USCIS to ask for some information i need for my case and i ask about that too.

and you have to submit all the proof you have and documents showing that you already start the process to remove conditions. and all the other documents you need to do it i dont know everything havent check but that was something that the person i speak with told me.

Hi my husband is doing the petition for his mother. she was deported 14 years ago he filled the i130 which was approved already. now we received the case number for the ir5 and have to complete a form i212 and i601 before we sent the ds260. my husband already pay the affidavit. we are completing all the documents and everything we need to get together for the next step. anybody here with similar situation that can help me or share information or experience. I have a question and dont know if you can please answer to me.  when you guys applied for the ROC did you have to paid two roc or just one with the two biometrics fees. im going to start the process in a few months but im trying to know all i have to do and be ready. 

well in my case my husband since we got married he added me on his insurance GEICO without me having a licence the insurance bill comes unde the name of the two of us. since 2014 and i got my license last year. so in my personal opinion i think is a proof, because some companies do that.

and i didnt had my license becuase i didnt know how to drive and then i received my conditional green card last year because we didnt apply right away for the AOS im even on the home insurance and the house is only under my husband name and the mortgage.

i want to kmow the same too but my son is 7 years old. i know you have to pay the biometrics for each one but that i dont know.

as evidence we have all type. cheking account together since 2014. my husband bought a house im not in the deed as joint owner but i had to sign some papers for the mortgage. 

me and my son are on his insurance, and he is on our son school records. im on all of his credit cards. around 5 or so. we are together on the home insurance and car insurance. we have 2 kids together and the oldest one that is in the process with me is his stepson. my other 2 kids are us citizens. i have the proof of birth that he needed for his job from the hospital that says his and my name and the babys. and we do fill the taxes joint. since i came to this country. thats the most i have think on right now for evidence.

Hi my green card expires in February 2018, im trying to organize all my papers and documents so like that i can get all together for November when i have to submit my petition.
i have a 7 years old that is with my on the green card. i know i have to include him but what i dont know is if i have to pay the same fee for him or if is only the bio metric fee for him. 

I would like to know if any of you get to did this before what evidence did you sent.?

Yes I got my ssn after I got married. But I think with the lease and the insurance it's OK bring pictures proof of address and that would be OK because when they ask for thingsome they would know for sure if is real or not. Just put all the stuff in order the pictures with names and dates in the back and any single thing you can get of anything.

Any bill or letter with the address can be good for that. Don't be nervous about it they just know when something is real or not just show the pictures you have together and as I said a letter from the usps saying your address any letter from any appointment something that shows your address. My husband add me in his insurance on geico son anytime he received a letter said our names.

We tried to get me added to my husbands bank account but they want to see a state ID, which i cannot get since my SSN card in my new married name hasnt arrived 2 months into it, and have been told it will not get approved until i get my EAD. How do we get me on the utillity bills when they only allow one name? i am freaking out a bit, mostly cause i dont have all these things yet, I was waiting for the EAD to get approved so we actually were allowed to get all these joint things since its proven to be nearly impossible without :-( How long did it take for you to get your actual interview from the day of notice? we havent gotten the actual letter yet, just a notice that " ready to schedule for my interview based on form I-485. I arrived usa may 10 2014, i got married june 21st and i filled my aos on 8/24/2015. So i dont think u are going to have any problem i didnt receive nothing about that and i already did my biometrics. Good luck!!

I didnt apply for the ead and at the place for the fingerprint the take me a picture and the biometrics was code 3 and the man told me "im doing thins like that and taking more time because we are procesing your permanent residence" he told me that because he was taking my fingerprint one by one.

Hi I'm new. my fiance filled the I-129F form in May and received the NOA2 and also the letter stating my case number in santo domingo (SDO) and that it was approved of the petition and sent it to the consulate in Santo Domingo. but we do not know what else goes on in the letter was saying that in the Meantime I and my son have to fill the form DS-160. already filled yesterday. but we do not know what else to do, whether to call the consulate. because we have no idea if they will send the package 4 or they are going to do. thankz for the help.
