Just the AP and your passport, unless... How long was it after the 90 days from K-1 that you sent in your AOS application?
Hello! My husband and I are planning to visit the Philippines this coming May but I only have my combo card with me. I arrived here in the US April 04,2014 then filed AOS July 31, 2014. My 90 days ended July 02,2014. basically we filed my AOS 29days after the given 90days for K1. Would it be ok for me to visit? would that raise red flags?

thank you for this sir. I might just use my combo card since theres no news about my gc yet.

Odds are long before April you will have your green card.
I really hope and pray sir. Thank you!

I know the area, been up that way on the bike a couple times.
I am looking at Delta also, the flight that leaves Phoenix to Denver then Japan doesn't seem to have too long of layovers.
We'll check out that flight, my husband used Delta when he visited me before. He is worried about me leaving the country with just the AP though

Where in AZ are you two?
What airline are you looking at to fly over? I always used Hawaiian but they cancelled that flight...
Delta, bcos of my husbands work we'll fly standby so it'll be cheaper.
We're in Fort Mohave near Bullhead City, but we'll move again this coming October I think.

Ah yes, the interview waiver.. always seems to delay the issuance of the GC. We had the interview, two weeks after that the card arrived, total time from filing to GC about 4 months.
Yeah, I was excited when I got the combo card, then I saw the waiver letter my hopes of having GC soon vanished hehe.

You don't have your green card yet? I would say you are on the edge of it arriving in the mail. But to answer your question if you have not received your GC yet, the AP combo card is valid for a year from issuance so no problem traveling with it back to the Phils. Yes there is some language in the USCIS website about 6 months, don't know the details.
No green card yet sir. Received my combo card last October 2014, then the waiver interview November 2014.

Seems those that get the interview waiver take longer to get their GC, not sure why. I hope it arrive quickly for you.
Sir Hank, I want to ask you something. I arrived here in the US last April 2014, then filed AOS with EAd&AP on July 2014. If I go home to Philippines this April 2015, will I have problems cominh back here using AP/combo card? Read something about the 180days overstay but I didn't understand what it was hehe.

Hi! My husband and I are planning to visit Philippines this coming April 2015, I was wondering what are the things I should bring with me and if I would have problems coming back to the US.
I arrived in the US April 4,2014, got married May 10, then filed AOS with EAD&AP July 30,2014. Last November I received a Notice for Potential Waiver of Interview.

Bet you have your GC before April.
I received a Notice for Potential Waiver of Interview last November. I really hope I'll receive my GC before we leave, if not I'll just use my combo card.
