Congratulations. My PD is 5/9/13. I was transferred to Texas Service Center on 12/5/13. I received the hard copy of transfer notice last week. Per info pass appointment on 12/17/13, TSC just received my petition. This is ten days after receiving email notice that it has been approved. Just holding hope I will hear something soon about my petition.

TSC received my petition the day of the info pass appointment.

I meant what is your priority date? The person who posted about being approved.

Also if your case was transferred, where was it transferred to and when did they transfer it?

Here is my timeline:

May21-NOA1

Nov21-Transferred to Nebraska

Dec18-NOA2 APPROVED

Dec20-Letter that it has been shipped

What do you mean what does it mean? Read again they shipped your approved petition to DOS/NVC so now you need to be preparing for next stage.

Now don't be discouraged when you call NVC in about a week or so and they say it takes 8 weeks for petition to get ther. It might or it might now but wait you must.

Congratulations! You will receive the hard copy from uscis within a week.

Now for your questions: 1. NVC letter? Not sure what u meant by that but you have to call NVC a week or two from now to check if they have already received your case from uscis. I got transferred to Nebraska Nov21- got approved today Dec18. Just wait & good news will come soon your way god is good!

My hubby's I-130 got approved but I have not received the hard copy yet in the mail. Only got the text & email but my question is: How long do I have to wait for the NVCs letter? What happens next?

May21: NOA1

Nov21: Letter received transferred to Nebraska

DEC18:NO2 -approved!

Hey guys I jst want to share with you that after 7 months of waiting my husband's petition has been approved.. it's been so stressful for all of us but DONT LOSE HOPE! When you find yourself thinking negatively, stop yourself abruptly and think of things in your life that you have to be thankful for... Here is my timeline --

Dec18- Received a txt to check our updated case & it has been approve! ---

I have been lurking only & not checking our case status but ever since my case was transferred Nov 21 in Nebraska.. I check it everyday if it's been approve :/ This waiting game is frustrating but it will all be worth it when our loved ones are finally reunited with us. Goodluck to us all!

Did this 3 hrs ago.. I forwarded the email got 2 automatic response from AILA.. I hope they would speed up with our I-130s & petition already!
