Actually I learned that CSC doesn't update their system when they send the package to the NVC (I think only TSC and VSC do?). If you have been approved, call the NVC people and get your case number, it should have long been generated.

wow thank you for that info.. that was a relief. so that's maybe why my daughter's i130 was updated to ....was shipped to DOS.. because it was approved at NCS, and mine was approved at CSC.

At least some of you guys statuses have updated on the USCIS website, stating that they mailed it to the NVC, mine is still stuck on:

On November 13, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

my case was, my i130 got approved on may 30,2013 it was actually upgraded on the say 25th of may.. then my husband (who's now a US citizen) filed a separate petition for our daughter(now aged 4)on July 1,2013 and got approved on Dec. 10,2013.,, my daughter's case status was updated that it was shipped to DOS on 13th of DEC. But my case status still remain, it says that on May 30, 2013 23 mailed you a letter that it was approved blah blah blah.,, it didn't say if it was shipped at NVC or DOS like my daughter's i130..just wondering if NVC or DOS linked our petition or if they've already received our approved petition.( am I making any sense?) ANYONE??

Guys you think i should request for expedite? i'm tired of waiting.. i got transferd Nov. 21.. I think most of the people who got transfered on that day or close got approved already.. what you think?

Thank you for your reply for more explain I am upgraded the visa type for my wife and my son after i got the citizen, my son and my wife were in the same petition and i complete to submitted all the required document and fees and now my son have to have a separate petition at the nvc but all the civil document under my wife case they sent my wife petition for interview and my son still waiting for his paper to be approved I want them to be scheduled at the same interview time coz my son is 3 years old please advice what I have to do and who can set this arrange or push my son papers to be reviewed.

Ok so I have another issue,, my i130 got approved on may 30, filed for my daughter separate petition for her and got approved on dec 10 and shipped to DOS today dec 13, Mine is not updated. don't know why. ANYONE??

Latest update regarding daughter's i130 from a citizen father,,

notice of transfer touch on the 25th of november.. my husband just told me that it says there(notice) that it is being process within 15days (just find out) I feel more excited now..fingers crossed!!

Guys! I think NSC is the slowest service center compared to TSC, VSC, and CSC. Please tell me i'm wrong ... Coz other SC approvals are flying but not in our Service center..

thanks ahnnel, my husband upgraded my i130, he send his certificate of naturalization then yeah in 7days he received a notice that my i130 haas been approved.. but pending for now because they are waiting or my daughter's approval.hopefully soon.

So when you called to upgrade the petition had they asked you for your e-mail address? That's what the person did with my husband.

Also did they tell you to fax in the copy of the citizenship certificate? I know many people have been told to do this, but my husband didn't get this instruction.

They updated the petition without any documentation. They will require a copy of it when we get to the NVC stage.

I hope they correct your situation without more delays.

HI. when my husband upgraded my petition from f2a to IR1..after 7days it was approved, they didn't send any letter or confirmation,just the approval letter

You're from the Philippines, so you'll probably get an answer fairly quickly after your transfer.

There are two July filer that are already approved.. They got transferred to TSC... what is Nebraska doing??? we have a lot of transfers but it seems that no one gets approved

Let's stay positive even though I know it's very difficult. Over 4 1/2 years of long distance and marriage...and still counting...so I can attest to how frustrating

I have the same situation, been away from my husband and father of my child for 4 1/2 years.. very very frustrating. specially when there are problems you can't resolve online or over the phone.

Update;it's been 16days since transfer

our case was my husband was an LPR when he filed a petition for me and daughter,,then he was naturalized US citizen and upgraded my petition and filed a separate petition for my daughter.. mine was approved right a way, and now we are waiting for my daughter's approval.. So Pls Nebraska approve it soon, we've been away from her father for too long
