Still at NVC , maybe it will change nextweek, since the rep. Told me that they already sent out our documents.

Same here, but I called NVC last night and our package already sent out . We got also another P4 yesterday but it's just the same the first one I received.

How much did you pay for the medical? Are you planning to reschedule your interview date to an earlier date?

Just got off the phone with NVC , interview scheduled on May 15,.

I did asked also if I can re-schedule my interview once my papers already at P.I embassy and the nice rep. Said "Yes, ma'am, anytime" woahhh

Ok here we go again, another checklist...this time for the IV Package. I know I've seen someone post this exact thing, but doing a VJ search only yields results from 2010 & 2011. I can't find the one that was on the monthly threads here.

______10 - PASSPORT POLICE CERTIFICATE:____________________________

Indian Police Clearance Certificates should be obtained as follows:

All Indian IV applicants aged 16 and above, residing in India, should obtain police

certificates from the local Passport Office.

Indian passport holders applying for visas outside India should obtain a statement from their

local embassy or consulate confirming they have no criminal record.

Non-Indian IV applicants residing in India should obtain police certificates from the District

Police Station serving their area of residence.

Indian police certificates are not available for foreign (non-Indian) applicants applying

outside India.

My husband's original (plus 1 copy) PCC was included in the IV Package we sent. It was obtained from the Passport Seva Kendra. It is not local police. It is dated Dec. 19, 2013. So it is not more than 6 months old.

Is this a false checklist? Should I call them? Why would they issue this if the PCC was included in the package?

Hello, we received that also about the PCC I submitted my Original NBI plus a photocopy . All my civil documents were clip together , I thought it was lost, so I called them .. The nice lady told me that "disregard the email you received ma'am, no need to send another copy," BTW ,better to call them to confirm .

We're on the same boat and my husband already filed ITR2013 which he filed single . But he already amend his status from single to MFJ.. The preparer was the one who put MFJ . My husband insist that we need ITIN but the preparer told him that he just only need my signature .. Better to call IRS then

I brought 2 copies of SLEC online registration form, 3 pcs 2X2 passport photo (with my full name written at the back), copy of biographic page of my passport, they will ask for appointment letter, I just show them the barcoded copy of the instruction letter from NVC with my case number (ACL letter). you have to photocopy all documents in letter size. And I brought water as well.. lol! Arrived there at 5:40am and the process went smooth in the morning. Done with everything at 10:30 am except for the immunization. Need to go back at 1:30pm for vaccination and I had my vaccination at 4:50pm. Gosh! Got the result and cd at 5:30pm. But I'm lucky though because most of my batchmates need to go back the other day for immunization. Good luck!

i think every operator at the nvc gives a time frame but the usual timeframe i get to see through peoples timelines for reviewing the AOS and the IV packages is from 15 to 20 business days that is when someone can expect to hear something back as for the packages

how long it took the expedite you did at the NVC to be reviewed by the us embassy in Philippines ?

So they will review AOS for 3-10 days not for 30 days?

We did expedite . But it was denied by the embassy. And my friend who did expedite also told to her that they will review their AOS for 3-7 days ..

Just called NVC and told us that they will review our AOS for 3-10 business days .. Hope so
