Definitely! Just wanted to reassure anyone else who might read the thread who's already moved over here with just the personbevis. I order a new one every now and then, have it sent to my parents and they bring it whenever they come visit. I think the US authorities likes the papers to be fresh!

There is NO fee when filed based on a pending I-485.
We deal with this issue every single day in this forum. It is well-known.
If you want to know where to look, it is in the I-485 instructions.

There is no EAD fee if one is applying with AOS.
Check the NOTE under Replacement EAD page 8 and then another note on page 9.
Edit: I am thinking there must be an error in the I-765 form. Aside from category C (9), maybe check the A#?
Maybe you can also compare against the VJ example form for I-765? http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-765.pdf

I followed the guide here, specifically the directions in the K1 box. Brought the SS-5 form, my passport, my copy of the I-94 and my birth certificate (the long one in English you used for the K1 Visa). The lady was very nice and helpful while I spelled out all the weird names ("Ulla? How do you spell that?") and I got the SS card in the mail about a week later.

I just kept as busy as I could. It was, and continues to be, hard. I talk to my parents on Skype a fair amount, and keep in touch with everyone else on facebook. I got a calling card from zaptel.com to call my grandma. My husband and I are trying to find a house to live in so my mom can come and visit. I guess my advice is keep busy with other things, and don't get too wrapped up in saying goodbye. It's not the 1800s, you'll see them again.

Intervju och visum godkänt enbart med det långa födelsebevis som har nämnts här i tråden. Ingen fara!
