Just now, Paul & Mary said:
The State Department Visa Bulletin is Current but that is only for petitions that are approved and gone thru NVC. USCIS F2A processing is about 2 years.
Visa Bulletin being current does not affect USCIS.
What is important is that the Visa Bulletin is current once you are done at USCIS.
The frustrating part is you know your priority date is being current but can't move because You are stuck in USCIS. And they are randomly approving without order by dates.
I guess visa bulletin is not important afterall, it just makes your hopes up but only hope cluelessly. Ive seen some people who has approval but despite of current status of visa bulletin they still havent receive welcome letter or interview letter. Thats why we dont get how they work on the system.

I would like to raise some issues. Ive been with some facebook groups, reading some articles, following USCIS processing time table. In their website ( uscis) , they are processing June 30, 2017. But in some fb groups, some oct., nov., dec. 2017 pd are having their approvals under CSC. How come we have to understand the timetable but their actions are unpredictable, random, that's why it is so confusing. I guess we could only guess which case they will approve first. Kinda frustrating to us who are waiting to be approve. Though the visa is current for f2a, it is senseless unless we are approve. Hope some people can enlighten us how the state will process our cases.
Its been 349 days since they received my case.

Thank you for correcting my mistake.
Dad can reopen the case and the boys can immigrate this year or come as mom's derivatives. Easier to come as mom's derivatives.
It takes how many years if my derivatives? I can't be their derivatives right?

Last 2014 my husband and my daughter migrated in the US because of his petition* correction.
So there mught be a possibility that my sons of 11 and 10 might go to the US eaelier to me?

Hello. My husband and i was a domestic partner for 16 years. Because of his petition case on 2002 we decided not to get married. Along the way we had a daughter and 2 sons. My in laws whos his petitioner declared our daughter and sons as his derivatives. Last 2014 my husband and i migrated in the US because of his petition. My 2 sons left with me because they are still young and i will be left behind but still they are his derivatives. And recently my husband came back here in the philippines and we got married and now they go back to the states again for them to petition us to be with them in the future. My concern is this does my 2 sons are still his derivatives? What goes with me as his spouse? I know he can petition us through f2a category but does derivatives status of my minor 2 sons can faster our chance to go to the US? Thanks for helping me out with my questions.

We were interviewed last feb21. Weve got out visa today, feb28. Im with my 2 sons. My youngest and i had the same annotations ( IV Docs in CCD 212(g)(b). But my eldest got IV Docs in CCD Class A or B (TB) Req. ATTN. of USPHS at POE. But his supposed yellow sealed packet is missing that i should bring like what the annotations said. Who im gonna contact? Or it is ok that it was not in my possession? Thanks for the answer
