    Hi Guys,

    I filed online i-130 in Jan 2023 for Father every thing was fine almost that petition running well. Now I am filling my sibling petition i-130 having this Alert where as i am US Citizen back 2019 . then three times I deleted application & again start from scratch every times again having same alert. Did any  one found this solution?  or this standard Alert? your feedback will be highly appreciated Thanksimage.png.cd56149da5b4c0a47497305dbd42265f.png

    it can also be a fake notification.. i did receive an email.. and my status says... so i think it is not fake ???

    Well to relax you a little bit. Dont take it personal. I am sure they have to deal with 100’s of people with all kinds of questions and concerns. Unfortunately they become like these because of some non-sense people. I know a guy in another forum that visited a local office worrying about his interview after a month of giving his fingerprint. And trust me, they deal with many more of nonsense. 

    So take a deep breath and stay positive my friend.. look at the full part of the glass; you are not illegal :)

    yes you are right at least we are not illegal.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, we have only option  to be relax & wait ...........our worries can not make case faster & they will scheduled interview whenever they want..............you know that is why i chose my user name wait-n-sad in 2011 when i was planing to come USA.......... i dont have such a bad word to express my feeling they put my case in Administrative processing 23 months in US embassy islamabad.................now now 11 months i am waiting interview to be schedule

    last week i also went info-pass houston.................. less than a minute our meeting finished  she just said " everything is fine you have to wait.................. right now we are working on July and you have to waiting still four month because i file in Mid of November."  my meeting was useless

However, Took info pass this morning, lady told me i am passed all the checks and just waiting for an interview slot. My file is still at NBC though. But she said Dallas office will request November filers files from NBC soon, and i should be one of them. Not sure how much truth is in her statements. But gives me some hope, that i am not lost in their system.

     

    There were around 200 people for oath today, and was told that more than 28000 applications are pending at Dallas office and only handful of officers are available to adjudicate them. People at oath filed a year ago. 

     

     

     

     

    Same position here from Houston January 2017 i am in line waiting for interview date. Case number before me & after finalized still some already take Oath. i dont know we  are still on hold. this is not fear at all

    I also Generate SR in May Now in June 20th they respond my request as per my online account activity still i dont know what they reply beucase till now i did not received letter in mail. May i will received similar response. once you i got i will update you.

    After finger printing Dec 29 status change for "Case Is In Line For An Interview" from January 5th 2017 same status without any update
