The system is so messed up sometimes.. Now I will be worried why we didn't get an email or why the case status on website wasn't updated *sighs* Hope that you and me will get approved fast after they will receive our "missing" evidences!

I had a doubt about my fiance photo passport and I didn't send his birth certificate too,so that could be it cause we look more alike like brother and sister if his birth certificate is missing they might think we related that could be it but just waiting the notice so that I could send back the requested docs.At least we are not declined that's a relief though.

You have to wait for the RFE hardcopy to reach you by mail. That's where you'll see what's needed. It might be something really simple, like a missing signature...

At least you know they've been working on your case, and that once you get that RFE reply in, it should only take a few more days until approval.

Fiance did receive a letter saying it's about a certificate. No e-mail, no txt, not even an update on the website (still last update is about alien registration number.

wow I got an email but the email is not mentioning anything about what they need .so worried but will get there.

Look like we are on the same boat, we were asked to send his birth certificate again.. Sorry to hear that the request happened to you too, but here is to hope that it means they are working on our case :3

did you have to call them to tell you what you need to submit or you have to receive a notice letter that will tell you what you need?

About the texas center I cant assure you for sure ,texas center is not moving the K visa faster than california center.

I think we should all transfer our cases to the California center for further consideration these people sucks ,someone has to talk to them.

Texas Center sucks ,they are so lazy,I dont even think that they go to the office to work I think they just go there to spend time instead of working on our cases its only the texas center that are complaining ,california is moving so fast and everybody is happy.

While this is the best time to know each other even more and better cause I just seen many people going through separations and divorce months after their marriage or even days,so get to know each other better no worries.Still waiting though discovering many things though that I didn't know .

For you to get a job really fast without giving yourself so much trouble is to build your resume and go to staffing agencies out there they will put you in the market.

Here is my sad story. I am writing this letter to USCIS. Can sombody tell me what address to send this letter? I also plan to send this to the embassy in her country. Anything else i need to do?

I petitioned Fiance visa K1 for my ex-fiancé. After 8 months the petition was approved and she got the visa after interviewing at the embassy in mid June 2013 . Her visa was good for 6 months until December 2013. After getting the visa, she broke up with me and I was not able to communicate with her further. I assumed that she will let the visa expire or I hoped she would contact me back before her visa expires in mid-December. However, I recently found out that she got engaged with a different person from the USA. This person flew to her village and got engaged with her. She then came with this person to the USA using my petitioned Visa.

I found out about it through Facebook. She had me blocked but I was able to go to her brother profile and saw the pictures. The person she is living with now is called xxx. His facebook profile had publicly posted all their pictures. They live now in New, York at this address:xxx

I am writing to you to lift my responsibility from her. She entered USA using my petitioned visa never intending to marry me or even contact me. Instead she is living with a different person and never tried to contact me.

Below are the pictures I was able to download from their facebook profile. The man with her in the pictures is not me. The engagement pictures are in her house in xxx. The rest are in the USA (California and New York). Those pictures had upload dates between November and December 2013. My assumption is they entered the USA early November.

Seriously she cannot play with your feelings this way and the thing is that she has to be deported.We go through a lot knowing that the person we are petitioning for truly loves us.

I had a dream today I don't know if its because I'm over thinking about this visa or what,but i dream t like my fiancee caused me about something like I received a letter from the USA embassy to adjust my status and he said that he looks like we were not approved then I was like if you are sent a letter to adjust your status that's means your are approved and I was so happy started screaming around sad enough to know that I was just dreaming. but not loosing hope yet it still early to loose hope.

Wow this is going so fast....Kiev has our package and we can schedule interview ...the consulate says it can be as soon as 5 days or more if we need more time. ... I wondering if I should meet her in Kiev for the interview. Or wait until she has her passport and visa then fly over and get her and fly back. If there is a problem at the interview can it usually be corrected quickly?

Does it help to be at the interview? I just hope we have all our paperwork correct at the interview..

She does not have a passport yet or you want her to get approved first?honestly it did really work for some couples to be present on the interview ,if you can afford it then that will be a good idea and again congratulations on your approval and interview.If you have to travel to pick her up I will advice you to be present at the interview ,my friend's fiance made a mistake on the interview about the last date she traveled to visit but they confirmed it with her while waiting for her fiance in the waiting room so its a good idea.

They are approving some petitions. Just not ours, yet.

I Hope they will look up at our cases that they put aside to work on others .While let's be strong and wait for the good news no matter how long it might take will finally be approved.
