There have been many cases where men from MENA countries have divorced their wives to marry us citizens and as soon as they hit the day after the 5 year rule, they divorce their us wife and remarry the first wife back home and brings her and the kids legally to the US. I'm not saying this is the case with you, but the consulate is very aware of this type of fraud, it will be an uphill battle trying to,prove that won't happen. Do you have other red flags? When the NVC assigned my Case number,it's take 2-3 weeks to shown me that My case ready on CEAC website !!

My bf sent document to me { I also tracking it by DHL } then,I suddenly sent P3 to the Embassy after my case ready for 2 days

then,1 day later,US Embassy at Bangkok called me,they said "We received your documents and will send P4 to you as soon as possible" Which is means

No need letter of P3 from US embassy for me really..

Now they told me and asking me to get interview the end of this month...

It isn't. The petitions are adjudicated by USCIS, who treats ALL the petitions from ALL potential immigrants from ALL countries the exact same way. The Packet 3's are sent (or not sent) by EACH Embassy with specific requirements for that particular Embassy.

Now, if you seem to know that reading more is helpful, I suggest you do that yourself. I will repeat what HK12 said, if you are not willing to answer basic questions, no one on here can help you. You have been asked to at least state which Embassy you'll be going through, and you're not even willing to do that much - troll, maybe?

Your lawyers are wrong. As mentioned multiple times on here now, embassy requirements are different. What embassy are you going through? If you don't answer our questions, we cannot help you.

the real proof that will make ur bona file is documents showing u travelled with her in other countries, pics in differents places and seasons, that u share things, that u spend several weeks togather, have baby togather, that no red flags or u are younger than her age gap...

As for Germany, the packet three was just one sheet of paper stating the link to the consulate's website and telling you to download the checklist & follow the instructions on it.
