I have applied for a GC for my parents but as they are old (65 and 60 years) , their birth certificates are not available.

I submitted secondary evidence but USCIS requires a letter from concerned authorities stating why it is not available etc.

I don't know what should be the matter of this letter, can somebody provide me a template for this type of certificate so that I can get it from the concerned municipality/birth registrar.. I will be grateful. thanks

I am filing I-130 for my brother. I need to know what documents or photos to send .

Another thing is , do I need to send Affidavit of support I-864 / I-864A.

I am talking about filling the form.

I am sponsoring my father who is a Canadian citizen and is in US . Canadians do not need a visa but thir passport is stamped with B2 , and gives them six months stay.

My question is what to write on I-130 part C question 14?.

Should I write arrival date and the expiry date as stamped on his passport although it is not I-94.
