I'm new here. After waiting and waiting and waiting, I felt I needed some moral support, so I found this forum.

you will be notify VIA Emial for the appointment. the second TB may be requested together with a new police report only if it passed 6 month. right now they working fast on the cases. DHL will deliver any where in Egypt trust me, but make sure the phone is right. you really need the DHL ONLY WHEN YOU submit the requested information, such as the medical, i-134 birth certificates and all other requested documentations.

when the ceac website shows that visa in transit to the consulate, that means its on the way. in another word when the embassy received it will show that received by the embassy because it has been two weeks yet ?

what is AP ? and she has her EAD witch i know its not a green card. but my friend was the same case and after 7 month they send his patents the green card.. no interview?

he should knows every signal details about you, and i know you both officially engaged but he can expect anything from the CO AT the embassy. as for red flags , you were legal divorced before you were engaged? right ? age difference is not a big of deal . he should keep all the logs , what's up and Skype and etc good prof of ongoing relation good luck , and by the way you should be working on the i-134 and d160 for him. wish you luck !

My fiance and I got two RFE's, the first one was because he forgot to tick a box on the form, then we got the second one about 2 months later requesting more evidence of meeting. We were pretty disheartened at first because we thought the wait would take even longer, but then we got our NOA2 about a month after the second RFE
