I have seen this need for duplicate documents not to be true. I, and other people I have met on here have filed their I-485, I-765, and I-131 as a SINGLE packet, with only supporting.documents for I-485 sent. ALL (and I) have received separate NOA1's.
-
You'll be fine . The I-134 has a section dedicated to assets OTHER than income ie...savings, real estate so on. But with a co-sponsor you don't have to worry any way.

There is a way to track DHL shipment of packet to see when it arrives at embassy from NVC. This way you know packet has arrived. Also, it is helpful in being able to schedule medical without embassy notification "in hand"...BUT, you will need to present this paper notification on day of medical, so don't make appointment TO soon. Embassy does take some time to mail notification (say..10 days), but nonetheless you will be notified by mail from embassy. Search DHL tracking. You'll see hundreds of posts on how to do it. Play around with dates. This doesn't make sense now, but you'll know what I mean when you read how to do it.

Good!!! Then as the other member previously stated....K-3 will be a waste of time. Everything WILL go through embassy in Kyiv.

Lately....no. But it can, and this is the generic response they give everyone. Seems like 3 weeks to a month as of late. Mine took 20 days. NOA2 to NVC. This was Dec. also.
Good luck.

Also, some countries will be more specific about what they want to see accompany your I-134 affidavit of support. Might want to look up yours under Embassy Info tab.

I know my fiancee just used the same picture as the ones she submitted with our 1-129F packet. We had them digitally stored on computer.
You can use this link to better understand uploading a photo. Scroll down, picture info is towards the bottom.

Nope. Just use the same Example Form language for both. There is no requirement and it is not necessary, never has been.
Just follow the Example Forms.....no need to bore USCIS with your details....they really don't care about that. Save it for the interview.
Yes, of course. Only do the minimum. No big deal!!!!

Look....your intent to marry. This is a time for you to be heard. Your trying to sell this as a bonifide relationship, right?
Put some heart into it, put some detail into it. Dont be afraid to be a little "mushy".
There isn't the need for the beneficiary's intent to be so in-depth. "I so, and so intended to marry so, and so within 90 days of my stay in the US....blah, blah.
Petitioner...tell when/how you met. When you two fell in love. How you proposed. Got the idea?
Really...just trying to help. This advise was given to me. Our process has gone on smooth as can be.
But by all means....write it as you see fit.

Dont believe there is any medical exam, as long as 1 year has not passed since k-1 medical exam, and you begin AOS process.
If vaccinations were not up to date, and or not updated at the time of your medical in your home country. These will have to be administered.
Nothing is free.

There is no such requirement.
Never said it was a requirement. Did you read that in my post? Dont think so.
Should it be???? Yes!!
-
Above posts are correct. BOTH must provide intent to marry statement. In fact the petitioner's should be more in depth, more detailed than the beneficiary.
Good luck.

Only means a "human" has looked at you case, and assigned a ARN to your spouse. Nothing to do with approval, or how long.
-
Your spouse.... Sorry. Not a question that would really apply to your fiancee. Having previously lived in the US, and at some point lived abroad for over a year....Thats what its asking. Simply put "none".

You'll have to go through the IR-1/CR-1 process. Everything you need to know is on this site. Read, read, read.

Report her!!!! The blind eye, and this nonchalant approach to immigration by our present, and past government administrations is why illegal immigration has reached epidemic levels!!!!
You US citizens, and legal residents should be ashamed of your blasé attitude. These government officials elected by the "as long as doesn't affect me" US citizenry have increasingly become a big problem.
Stop being part of the problem, and start trying to be part of a solution!!!!

1. No... I-129F has no where for this question.
2. I assume your talking about a receipt for a ring, or...????
You could throw that in with the many "proof of relationship" documents you'll have to have, but not required.
Good luck, and read, read, read!!!

" if the Republicans ever win the White House again this program will come to an end. "
Let hope this will be the case!!!!! Contrary to the beliefs of the minority. This country should not be a OPEN door to ALL who wants to come here. Politics, and failed legislation has led to the infestation of illegals this country is now burdened with.
Myself, my fiancee, husbands, and wives, and hundreds of thousands go through the LEGAL process of entering, or bringing our loved ones to this country.
In my opinion the process should be MORE strict. There should be MORE hoops to jump through.
Regardless of how this country is seen by a few of its citizens, and non-citizens alike. It is not a wide open door for ANY, and ALL to come here as they wish!!!!!

From someone in the k-1 process right now...If I had to do it again???? I would NOT use a lawyer. Just as people here have said. Unless you feel you may have some special circumstances. DO IT YOURSELF. Everything you need to know is right here.
My lawyer is/was very good, and I would recommend them IF someone does not feel comfortable enough to approach this on their own. BUT, be advised...ALL a lawyer is going to do is assemble your k-1 specific forms, and documents.
You have to send all this to the lawyer...why not do it yourself???
Mine charged a flat fee, and like I said...I would recommend them, no problem. But I will not be using a lawyer for AOS, and there on.
Good luck!!!!

Heheheehe same me! I am also from Kyiv So maybe we will be at the same time for medical and other things
:-) She may be on here. She signs on, and reads a lot. We both...have Benn reading anything, and everything. :-)
I was in Kyiv first week of October. Will be back second week of January. Can't wait!!! :-)

Yes, i've seen your post they wrote something about submitted blablabla - if i am not mistaken Hope it's a good sign! Cos we did not get any e-mails, and i guess its still to early to bother NVC, so my evil plan is to start bothering them next year
From which part of Ukraine is ur fiancee?
Kyiv...you?
-
I had this strange email the other day (maybe you saw my question) that apparently not a lot of people have seen. Best hope is that it should have been a msg saying was sent to NVC, but somehow got "that".
Yeah, with our NOA2 dates....really shouldn't be long before NVC has our cases. Once there, looks like only about a week, and its sent to Embassy. Hope so!!!!
Merry X-MAS to you two as well.
Delivery confirmation
in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus
Posted
When my wife went through her interview process she had two confirmations she printed online from this "usdoc" site. A interview confirmation, and a TNT delivery confirmation. Subsequently the only confirmation she was asked to produce at her interview was the TNT delivery.
Now that her son is going through the same process there seems to be no where to print this TNT delivery confirmation. Is anyone aware of any changes, or????
She just remembers them specifically asking her for this...now it seems something is different.
